I'm a 42 year old mother of 2. I'm divorced and I think I'm finally ready to join the world again. I'm self convoys of my body and I'm hoping getting Lipo will get me back on the right track. I know Lipo alone is not the solution but it's a start for me. I'm 5'3 and weigh 165 pounds. Crossing fingers.

Ok so the countdown finally starts today. This time next week I would have done my Lipo...I'm scared...but soooo excited to see how I'll look afterwards. 6 more days to go!!!

I can't believe later this week I'll be doing my surgery. I'm praying that everything works out. I have read great Lipo stories and nightmare Lipo stories so I am a little scared of the results.

I had Lipo yesterday and although it hurt like a b*^^^ right After I have to say last night was much better than I expected. Hopefully it stays that way. I too started taking arnica 2 days before and plan to keep taking it and I'm surprised by how little bruising I gave. Not sure. When bruises develop. Though I did my entire stomach front and back . I was planning to do my inner thighs but my PS recommended against it. He said because of the skin was flabby it might actually look flabbier after do I didn't want to take that risk.

Thanks...I'm driving down to Miami tomorrow (I live in central FL) for my pre op appt and then surgery on Thursday!!! At this point I've done all the research I can so its in Gods hands and I'm crossing my fingers everything works out ok.

Thanks!!! I'm still swollen but I'm excited to see what I'll look like as the days go by. J have a lymphatic massage scheduled for tomorrow. I hear they are great to help with inflamation. I'll post more pics on Thursday, which is my one week mark.
