I just got the Vaser Lipo done on Friday March 28,2014. I got my upper and lower abs and waist done. It's Saturday, the day after my surgery and I'm in a lot of pain, I did my research before I had the procedure done and most of the websites say you can return to work the next day, down time a couple days..Yea that's a lie... The way I'm feeling i would say at least a week. I was under local anesthesia , so I was up the entire time, and I did feel a lot of the pulling/jerking, suctioning, and a burning sensation; I did feel some discomfort when he hit a muscle or an area that wasn't all the way numb, other than that the procedure was pretty smooth .

I'm still wrapped up in garments and swollen , so I can't really tell if it was worth it or not, but I will definitely keep you posted!

I loved Dr. Shalev and his nurse Anna. They made me feel really comfortable from the jump, they constantly checked on me leading up to the day of my surgery and after the surgery to make sure everything is okay. If I had any questions or concerns, they responded very quickly to my emails ,phone calls, and text. I originally was going to get the Smart Lipo, but with my expectation and the fat in between my scar tissue from having a baby, Dr. Shalev suggested to get the Vaser which was a few hundred dollars more but would definitely meet my expectation and get the results I'm looking for. Also, Dr.Shalev and nurse Anna really care about their patients. I had got into a car accident the morning of my surgery , and they were both really comforting and made me feel at ease. I figured they wouldn't care and just wanted my money but that was no where near the case. I'm so glad I chose Horizon Aesthetics and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family

Thanks for sharing on RealSelf.  I can't wait to see your pictures.  Yeah I'll never understand how people can go right back to work, that sounds brutal!

I'm excited to see the results. lol Yea I don't either, it was pretty brutal to me. I went to work 2-3 days later because I listened to the reviews, and I was dying! The pain meds and other pills didn't make it any better because I was so drowsy and kept falling asleep at work.

Hi, I had the opposite expense the procedure the hurt pretty bad...He went very little on the sensation I did feel discomfort the hole time.. But today i feel great a little sore..My husband home and treatment me like a queen..I hope you feel better soon.

Thank you. Wow. Really. I wish I felt great, its been 7 days since I had the surgery and I'm still in pain..

Still swollen and still has fluid In my stomach that needs to be drained
