Thanks You, I just started back working out, and when I move alot the tightness in my stomach is relieved, but when im sitting at my desk at work or not doing anything, thats when stomach gets pretty tight.! I'm so excited to see my final results with exercising.

DON'T sit if you can help it!!!! Work standing up. If people ask (and they will) just tell them your lower back is hurting & you can't stand sitting.... I couldn't sit for more than 2-3 minutes. The CG was riding up. It was terrible. Good to hear the exercising is helping...

Recovery is going pretty good now, Still tight and swollen but it doesnt hurt. I just started working out again. No I havent tried any massages yet, I have just been massaging my stomach my self. Afraid wasnt even the word lol, there were times were I wanted to back out, but then I just kept thinking about how happy I will be after the surgery. Dont be scared, when your in the operation room and he begins, your gonna be like this is nothing,you will love the results. When I got my done, it was uncomfortable because I had got into a car accident the day of and I didnt have all my medications that you are suppose to take the day of your surgery and they gave me some other type of medicine which didnt work good and i felt alot of the stuff he was doing.What are you all getting done?

Thats a relief, everyones blogs seem like they are so so excited, and though of course i am, i am so scared. I am a worry wart so of course i just keep thinking something bad is going to happen and feeling like i was the only one so scared before i thought it was a sign haha. I am getting the vaserlipo on my upper an flower abs as well as flanks. Doctor said i might have lose skin on my lower abs i hope i don't! do you have any tips? it is coming up so fast i haven't had time to really prepare myself! Also, did you have to get cleared by your general doctor? I know some people on here have been saying they did but i never had too so its starting to worry me haha.

I thought it was a sign for me as well to not go through with it, but i was just like watever go for it , and now im so happy with the results. Yes I think your going to love your results, I should of got my flanks done but my doctor only recommended upper, lower ,and waist .Loose Skin? Hmmmm My doctor didnt say anything about loose skin. He stated that Vaser is suppose to tighten the skin and so far thats what my stomach is doing. Far as tips wise, I wouldnt drink caffeine for 2 weeks/1 week prior to surgery, just because it causes you to bleed more. Some people might say its okay but i wouldnt take that chance, I wanted to make sure everything went smoothly and it did.I would atleast take about 5 days off or less depending on your pain. My worst pain was the day after and every day after that was a little painful, I wish I could of taken more than 2 days off to recover. I was at work in pain and doped up on meds and couldnt function. But hey, some people go right back to work the next day, but i would go back to work when your all done with all the meds, because like i said I personally couldnt function at work, kept falling asleep,just drowsy. No i didnt get cleared by my general doctor.They just ran a bunch of blood work to determine if i was good to go.

oh no1! my doctor told me caffeine was fine just not green tea so I've been having caffeine! :/ i took t monday-friday off and the procedure is monday. Ah I'm so happy I'm not the only one that was scared. hmm my doctor never ran and blood work for me with just checked my heart rate and blood pressure. How was it to shower? did you only use the CG they gave you or did you buy any extra garments? I feel like I'm so unprepared. The loose skin he said might happen because of the way my fat is stored there, droopy pregnant looking belly but he said since I'm young it should be okay! Im so nervous but then I'm so excited to have a chance to start my life!
