My after picture was taken almost 1 month post op. I have absolutely no regrets! I paid 100 deposit and paid 1000 in cash right before my procedure. The only part I was not crazy about was waiting in line at the border to get back into the US right after surgery. Please ask for a medic pass from your doctor to avoid the long lines. I was unaware of this coming over there but border patrol told me I could have skipped the line with a pass from Dr. Lazos.

I went to Dr. Omar Lazos in Tijuana for a revision chin lipo and bucca fat removal. My experience was good actually! I flew in to San Diego at 11am, stayed at the super 8 and checked in and chilled for a while, then had my appt with Dr. Lazos at 5:30pm. Uber and Lyft does not cross borders! Make sure you either find a personal taxi that can cross for you, or you can find a cab soon as you walk across the border they are all standing there waiting for tourists. But be careful of these guys I got jipped out of my money lesson learned. The Mexican cabs only take pesos. Anyway lazos was warm and kind, talked me through the procedure and tried to keep me calm even when I was in there showing out lol my anxiety started to get the best of me. Before I knew it, it was over. I’m very happy with my results and my second outcome is way better than my first. His office is clean and small, and he was sitting there waiting on me when I arrived. He does not have a busy office, so the setting is intimate. He gave me plenty of aftercare instructions, and a prescription for pain meds and antibiotics as there is a pharmacy across the street. I would give him 5 stars definitely.

Added a picture for 7th month update
I added a pic to show you guys how it looks now. To be honest it doesnt even make sense to post a bunch of update pics because it honestly looks almost the same. Smh. Im 15 pounds slimmer than i was at surgery. The incision site directly under my chin bone feels like a little hump with some scar tissue but not noticeable at all. Im not very happy with my results and preparing for round 2 with Dr. Lazos.
