Out with the Old, in with the New. Plano, TX

I was referred to Dr. Hubbard by my former breast surgeon. I had breast augmentation ten years ago September 2015. About 4 years ago I started to have this sever pain on the left side of my breast. I immediately thought the worst. It would last two to three months and then subside. I contacted my OBGYN who sent me for a breast ultrasound, thankfully everything came back fine..meaning no cancer, but I still had pain. Months would go by with no pain, then all of the sudden the pain would be back and would last for a couple of months sometime longer. Over the past four years I had breast MRI's, Ultrasounds, and finally a mammogram. All with clear results, but still with terrible pain, sometimes just to the general touch of my skin. I decided after talking to my OB to go see my surgeon. It had been ten years since my saline implants, and they were starting to ripple as well so I knew I wanted to have them redone eventually but my main concern was the pain I was having. He couldn't tell me why I was having the pain and after a discussion he reffered me to Dr. Bradley Hubbard. When I first met Dr. Hubbard he was very welcoming, and after speaking with him for only minutes I knew he was the doctor for me. He was the only doctor that took the time to explain to me what my problem was and how he was going to fix it. I had to have breast implant revision surgery, because of a nerve problem. He explained to me that my implant was on a nerve and the only way to fix it was to go in and move it. We decided that silicone implants would be the best for me this time. He measured each breast and my chest cavity and discussed with me all my options of the size I wanted and what he thought would look good on my body. I felt completely comfortable with Dr Hubbard and felt very confident in him. My breast didn't look bad before my surgery, but they look even better after my surgery!! I decided I didn't want to go much bigger from what I was, but I did want to be a little fuller. The morning of my surgery Dr. Hubbard came in and saw me and my mom ( who thought he was awesome just in the 10 min he was in the room) he told me that one of my nipples was off and that he was going to fix that as well, and that this was going to be a walk in the park for me. He was totally right!! I did have pain the first couple of days but it wasn't anything I couldn't handle, and nothing like the first time I had my breast done. I got up the evening of my surgery, took a shower and went out to dinner with my family. I did take it easy, and didn't use my arms much, and after about the 4th day I only took my pain meds at night. The nerve pain I was having was gone almost immediately. I would like to say I am completely satisfied with the work of Dr. Hubbard, and would like to also say his office staff and OR staff are great as well. I tell everyone I know if they are thinking of having any plastic surgery procedure done they really need to go see Dr. Bradley Hubbard. Thank you Dr. Hubbard you're the best!!
