Hello everyone! Back in 2008, I was at 250 and hated life so I decided to change it. Started working out, eating healthier and lost 116 lbs in a year. I have been yo-yo'ing 30-40 lbs ever since and this procedure will put an end to it for good. I'm having a full TT with half implant and half BA on 10/3/2013. I was born with Poland's Syndrome (left breast did not develop) so this will give me the body I have always dreamed of.

Feeling very confident today, I'm ready to start the healing process. I have a relatively low tolerance for pain so that is really my only worry. I filled my prescriptions last night and I have 60 percocets for recovery. I need to be careful with them because addiction hits close to home.
Last night I did my final workout. Took a 45 minute bike ride on one of the "rails to trails" in Pittsburgh's south side neighborhood. I spent a lot of time on this trail before the wedding and I'm glad I was able to get one last ride in. It was so relaxing. I decided to ditch the cell phone, the iPod and my trusty heart rate monitor. It was just me, the pavement and my 20 year Huffy. I appreciated that will be the last time I will feel my loose skin poking through my shirt. I was just feeling so proud of my accomplishments and excited for my surgery. Even though I will be out of commission for the rest of the fall, it will all be worth it in the end. :)
