Everyone my husband and I have dealt with from Dr. Heils office have been wonderful! I cannot say enough!! From scheduling, my initial consult, day of surgery, everything!! Has been wonderful. The day before my surgery I freaked out about sizing from some stuff I read and they got me right in the office and helped me pick the right size for me. I'm only a week out and still have a long road ahead but look forward to it with this office. For any neg comments about waiting. . The man is a surgeon, he never made me feel rushed, his office staff was always accommodating if he was running 5-10 late which is still better than my regular doctor. He gave me real expectations and suggested what he felt would be best but never pushed me towards anything. His PA Zak is very patient and kind, even the woman scheduling my surgery took an extra 20-30 minutes to talk to me about BA and gave tips as she had had it done.. What a fantastic place to go!!!
