Picoway Tattoo Removal

Hi there, my name is Valentino and im from South America. I started my tattoo removal process like a year ago and want to share my experience.

After reading this site a lot, and doing a 7 month research I decided to start. I have two tattoo's in both arms, what I consider was the consequence of a moment of poor judgment.

I regreted the decision after two years of getting the work done.
I know the mandala is a good piece of art, but perhaps not what I expect to wear my whole life.

Both of my tattoos had a lot of relief. This was something that stopped me from getting the tattoos off. Why laser them down if they were going to leave me scarred?

I've been told that the tattoo artist damaged my skin. I was very upset thinking about that. The first two clinics I visited for a consultation told me that I was going to have a scar with the design of the tattoo because of the damaged I recieved when I got it, and that there was nothing I can do about it.

Places I visited for consultation:

1) First Clinic. Uses Q Switch Helios II. Paid the consultation and the practitioner told me that I could leave Scars. In their page they show works done by others not by them. I think this is old technology, but I guess it has worked for some people.

2) Second Clinic. Uses PicoPlus by Lutronic. This was a laser that got thinking about, but the clinic doesnt had enough photos of tattoo removal work with this laser, only had with the simple Q SWITH by lutronic, not picosecond. They also told me that I will be left with scars because of tattoo damage.
This clinic offered to do 1 laser treatment per month.

3) Third Clinic. Uses Picoway. The attention was very nice, they took the time to explain everything and told me to do 1 session between 2 months.
The practitioner told me that the relief was caused by the ink not by damage, and that it will go away with the ink.

I figured out that the decision was going to be between two lasers. Picoway or PicoPlus.
I'm not a laser technician, but I wanted a laser that didn't damage my skin, proven by other people with at least some good reviews and photos.

I knew I was starting a long process, I mentalized about it. There are no magic lasers, they only shatter the particules into small pieces, then the body has to make them dissapear.

I decided to go with a full removal, all the way. Whether it takes 2,3,4 years I don't really care.
The decision is made and I want this piece of art out of my body for good.

I'm in my 5 or 6 session, sorry but I lost the count. I can see how it is fading away. The relief i touched back then now its becoming to dissapear leaving no scars.

I think it is going to take me like 12 o 14 sessions to see a full removal.

The price im paying is 110 US dollars per session for the two tattoos.

Hope this helps someone. You can write me if you have any doubt, I will try to answer.

Sorry if my English is not good Im trying my best.

Regards

Valentino
