27 year old regret tattoo

Well got my first laser tx today. I went in about 45 mins early so they could apply some numbing cream and allow some waiting time before treatment. They used two different lasers on me. The "TattooStar" for removing my red and "Picosure" for the rest of the colors. The treatment went fairly quick on my small tattoo but I won't lie, it hurt. I found the Picosure much more painful than the TattoStar but I have some really dark lining so maybe she juiced it up a bit (?) It felt like a rubber band was popping me REALLY hard. Lets just say, I'm glad my tattoo is a small one. They used a tube that looked like a vacuum that blew out very cold air and also placed a ice pack on it during the break times. I did have some "frosting" and it looked alot lighter but they explained to me that this affect was temporary and the tattoo would return to it's original darkness, as it did do. After treatment they applied a cream and covered the area with gauze and some tape. It felt hot, like a burn for a few hours but I kept an ice pack on it and it helped. Also took an Alieve. Pain was gone in a few hours. It now feels kind of bruised and sensitive. It's a little bit raised but I don't see any redness or blisters. I was told to keep it clean,moisturized and covered if it blistered. I did sleep with it covered last night hoping it wouldn't feel uncomfortable against my blankets. My tattoo looks the same but is just slightly a bit lighter. I can now see some of the detail that I haven't seen in a very long time. I have another appt set for April 6th (Six weeks). How often and many treatments are up to how I react to this first treatment. They did offer me a package deal of 600.00 dollars for 5 treatments (one treatment would be free) but I chose to pass and see my results for my first attempt and paid 150.00 at the time of my visit. Hoping to see some fading in the weeks to come. Here is my picture from a few hours after treatment. I would post a picture of the day after but it's pretty much the same.

Wanted to post some update pictures. Last night I had a few blisters pop up and some itching as well. Most of the "burn" feeling is gone now but I feel bruised and tender still. I'm applying Aquaphor healing ointment several times a day to keep it moist and I'm covering it when going out but open at home. I can see a little but of fading with the red but the overall tattoo looks darker since it's covered with an ointment.
