WORTH IT
Had my second Picosure treatment on April 15th. The treatment itself hurt less than I remembered from the first one, but the pain afterwards was worse. They used the same settings as they used the first time and will increase settings for my treatment in June.

Three weeks as of today. Still bruised and red looking in the center most part of the tattoo. Much less pain over the last couple days. Every so often it gets wicked itchy and peely and then its gone. I have two small areas that were formerly blistered that are still in need of peeling. But damned if I'll pick at it. The bruised areas continue to worry me, but I slap bacitracin on it 3x daily if it gets angry looking/feeling.

Day 14. A little itchy, a little peely. Still a fair amount of old blood just under the skin surface. It was never actively bleeding....just subcutaneous. Hoping it will reabsorb soon bc it looks gnarly. Anyone else have this?

I had my third picosure treatment for tattoo removal four days ago. After the first two, I didn't have any post-treatment pain or bleeding, but on this third time I did. It's still sore and bloody looking -- also have bruising or color weep or something, where yellow is around outside of tattoo area. I got *significant* fading after first two treatments (first one in May 2016, second July 2016, third Feb 2017), so am hoping pain and blood will fade, along with ink...

Thanks for the reassurance! I'm glad you guys had similar things going on. Well, I'm not glad you had blisters and bleeding...haha! :-)
I ran it by a friend who is a dermatologist and she said its normal post-laser healing. The area that is bloody looking is sore like a bad sunburn. I could do without that. :-)
