Feel great today & have been off pain meds for 24 hours. I feel a little settling & have switched to a more comfortable sports bra. I have been recovering in a beautiful hotel with great healthy food & ample time to rest and relax. This is a real benefit, if you are able to leave your domestic duties behind & focus on yourself & healing for a week. It's been such a positive experience in what I thought would be the darkest days. Let's hope it continues.... :-) & best wishes to all those undertaking their own journey.

Feeling great! I will post pictures the right even though it looks smaller is 275cc and left (quite swollen) is 250cc moderate plus. I'm happy with the improvement. I realise they are not the ideal with nipple in centre but I'm quite happy with that. I think Dr Sanguan is an excellent surgeon - results and recovery great.
2 days post op
Back at hotel. The first day I felt fine, and the taxi ride to hotel (half an hour) that worried me was no problem at all. I had a shower which felt lovely and helped my upper back. I slept most of the night without sleeping pills so will put those aside. I'd like to take as little medication as possible. Getting quite bloated but just have to be patient. All in all I'm feeling very mobile & good in spirits.
