I'm 54 with six children our last kids we twins at the age of43. I gained 230 lbs I'm down to 186 and the most I got down to was 176. After the last pregnancy I started research in ga where we lived but hubby had a job offer that brought us to phx. I work and looking to be a principal next year and I wanted to update my style and look. Now that our older kids are out on their own and the twins(11years old) can help around the house I feel this is a good time. I just had my consultation yesterday and put a down payment to secure my date. I'm glad that I have off for the summer to really rest and heal. As to what I getting done well my hubby went for the mommy makeover! So a breast aug and TT, side flanks lipo as well as back fat. My family may not reconized me from the neck down (yeah). I'm nervous but happy I found this website. Here's to the new me! Btw I did photo my breast but will consider it later.

I went by the PS office to make another payment I'm so excited about my new body I'm working out 5 days a week. May seems like a long time to wait but it gives me time to prepare my body for the transformation.

I'm very happy with the outcome I'm not in much pain and I'm standing up and walking. I had to stay over night for observation it was worth it. I'm loaded down with meds. I have to wait til Monday it see my results from the TT. I would recommend dr. Kotoske if your looking for a PS. I'm so happy. How is everyone else doing on their journey?

The same day after surgery while I. The hospital got up to make bathroom tine. When I got home I walked half a block. My breast are tight but I'm icing them down. My tummy dose hurt at all.

I can't believe I'm walking around slowly today. I walked up and down my street. I also had my first BM. Can't wait to see my tummy tomorrow at my appt.. I really thought I would be in more pain but Im not. Now I get to buy new bras and my first bikini in a long time.
