I've been taking natural breast enhancement supplements for about 7-8 months along with the serum and the creams. Timing now, I'm not ready. I'm trying to figure out where I'm getting them done. I've been talking to a friend in the Philippines and doing some research about the area and doctors. Any recommendations for the perfect medium profile silicon tear drop 350-380 cc textured under the muscle implants with correct forward nipple alignment the first time? I will be taking Green Bush's natural HRT here soon as well. I'm just a guy who wants his own breasts and to live as a woman without SRS.

What size are you hoping to be? I had my breast implants done on August 14th. I was a 34b before surgery, so I had some breast tissue before sugery. I just got measured at VS last week and I measured a 32DD. (I was in between a 34 and 32). But, with clothes on, I only look like a C. My implants were the 535cc silicone under the muscle.

I haven't yet but I have been in contact with different doctors to find someone I'm comfortable talking to about this. I wear enhancers that are supposed to boost me two cup sizes to a C cup bra fitting comfortably. I have big hands and I've always liked breasts that took my whole hand. I figure about 350-420cc. I will know more when I go in. Also been tight on time lately to go in.

I am hoping for a 34C-D cup when they are done. I'm thinking about doing it under muscle and through the armpit. Then you don't see the scars so easy.

There are very good doctors outside the U.S. and costs are alot less. Still searching but happier every day ????

Try in thailand. just google for more infos about cosmetic surgeon clinics and hospitals.Its more cheaper and even filipino transgenders go there to do their breast augmentation and SRS.

It's been awhile but I haven't been to see a doctor yet. I've been taking natural breast enhancement supplements with some good results for under $1000 for 1 1/2 year supply. Want to know more go to Greenbush.net for information and supplies. I've grown almost to a B cup from flat in almost a year.
