Overall rating

For 13 years , I lived with a botched under eye surgery that I was going in to find a revision doctor near me. I specifically wrote the coordinator Debbie who works alongside Dr. Wulc-shared my story with her with pictures asking if he specifically removes these fat injected granulomas. Because if he did not have skill in doing excision removal, I would like to NOT waste my time and consult with him and I was trying to write her before hand to see if this is something he is ever encountered. It was under my impression that he has definitely seen this before and could meet with me. Then, they got their appointment time mixed up and I had to wait a whole extra month. After waiting with promise, I met with the doctor that day. Prior to meeting the doctor, I was taken through a whole ordeal of images and flash pictures with people that did not even know how to use the camera! It was very uncomfortable. I preferred to meet with the doctor first before someone shuffles me into room and starts taking pictures of something so horrifying on my face to me after all these years. Plus he flashes of light irritated my eyes! Then I met with the doctor and Debbie was alongside with him during the entire appointment where he actually referred to her and asked what would you do? I was then lead down the path of let’s do laser treatment to see if it will melt some of the fat deposits. In all of my 13 years and many visits of doctors I’ve never had this as any option -they also wanted me to do an ultrasound of my face. The doctor was really nice and he was going to hook me up with getting an ultrasound of my face for free just because he was curious of what the layers would look like. I thought that was cool that he was actually showing interest in my case. But when I left the office I was given a packet of laser treatments from Debbie and this may work type of behavior ....44 days later, I got a call from the cosmetic coordinator Debbie who was calling me saying she’s had scheduled an ultrasound for my face. 44 days later?!!! There was absolutely follow up or care in my service. It was one star care. She is NOT a person I trust ...she is a person who sells services to help the doctor. Sales lady at best. - i’ve been steered down the wrong path in the plastic surgery world and I Saw right through this practice.. No care. No compassion. Fast paced money. When I mentioned to the care coordinator DEBBIE that it’s been 43 days since my appointment and you’re just calling me now to schedule an ultrasound of the face? She mentioned he was away and also she wanted to see if some injectables were in there and the Ultrasound be able to show that. CLEARLY! she did not listen to my case I’ve never had injectables under my eyes!! and I called her out on it right then and there and told her this is one star treatment and the service was terrible. She said I’m sorry. I hung up ..
