Hello all- I've been scouring this site for months. Originally wanting a tummy tuck but after talking to my hubby I've decided to wait and try smart lipo first. I have decided to go with Dr. Brenman. I will have my abdomen, inner thighs, knees, flanks and the little fat under my butt done.
I workout a lot. 7 days a week for about 2 hours a day. I am most defiantly an exercise addict. Yet I just can't get rid of the fatty areas. I do have extra skin from my twin pregnancy but I'm holding off to get my tummy tuck because my husband really wants another baby. I won't consider that for another 3 yrs until my twins are in kindergarten. So I'm hoping smart lipo helps.
Dr. Brennan was so kind and so patient. He took his time to explain and examine me. I felt very comfortable in his office and his staff Is equally as amazing. I really love Claire. She is so sweet and so helpful. I am really excited as I have never liked to way I look and having twins has made my body look even worse.

Change in schedule.

dmc4402
Just got a call from the office. They had to reschedule my procedure. Kind of annoyed because I had almost everything set. I had my ride, my husband was going to be home the next day and I had told the mom I babysit for that I couldn't babysit. So now I'm back to trying to find a sitter for my twins. But things happen at least I am blessed enough to have an amazing friend who is willing to take me and didn't care about the change in date.

So I am trying to get things together and purchased for after my procedure. I was wondering if anyone had advice on what to get!? I am thinking two compression garments? I am having my knees done so I need a full length one. And I plan to exercise as soon as I can so what kind of compression is good to wear for that?

Getting excited

dmc4402
So I plan to post before pics soon. I am getting excited but at the same time a little frustrated with myself. I wanted to loose a few more lbs before my procedure but I just can't get control. I have been eating a lot. Nothing too bad just a lot of peanut butter and nuts. In moderation it wouldn't be bad but I snack all day long. I ended up gaining 2lbs. I am 5'1 and currently 129lbs I would like to get to 115lbs but 120 would be good. I am an exercise Feen so slot of my is muscle (except for those stubborn parts I am getting lipoed)
Part of me keeps thinking oh well I will have this fat sucked out of me soon but really I am angry with myself for thinking that way. I still have 17 more days to loose a few lbs's so tomorrow is a new day.
Also need to start getting stuff together. I need to buy my arnica and bromelon (spelling may not be right. Sorry) and order some compression garments and pants etc.
I've just been so busy and can't seem to find the time to go shopping. Plus shopping with twin 3 yr olds is not all that easy.
So I think Amazon may be my best bet.
