Day of procedure! I was waiting for so long to get this done and the day is finally here. I have two kids and after my youngest my body just would snap back they way I wanted it to. I lost 40lb on my own with working out and dieting but that little belly fat just wouldn't go. So with that said I made my appointment and heres the day.

Day after
MariSmithApril 21, 2015
Today I feel sore. Almost like I was used as a bunching bag. If I sit to long to get up it hurts because I'm stiff. or getting out the car i'm slow. But I've been very active today. I took my kids to school, went to Target and Sears walked around and shopped a bit. I then came home put a ton of laundry away and did a little spring cleaning of my clothes. I feel great and love my results so far. I am swollen but I can tell I will be truly happy with my final results.

How did you make out last night?
April 22, 2015
During the night I was in little pain. I was tired but only woke up once to use the bathroom.

What meds are you taking? I've been taking Arnica montana and bromelain. I got them at GNC they helped with bruising and swollen.

No bruising yet. Feel so swollen. Not on any pain meds today. Thanks for the suggestion I will look into that.

Are you able to pick your son up? I have a 2 year old and I am planning my surgery soon.

I'm having surgery this Thursday and I have a one and a half year old and I'm more nervous about not being able to carry him :( the doc told me two weeks

I don't pick my two year old much as it is. He is a very active boy so I make him walk everywhere. He is also potty trained so I don't lift him that much but I will say Give yourself 3 days of no lifting then you can do minor lifting. Like into the car, stroller, shopping cart…. Holding on your hips will hurt you since your sore so I wouldn't.

You look fantastic!! You'll have some setbacks here and there but it's all to be expected! Stay patient and positive. :)
