WORTH IT
Dr. Bucky and his team in Philadelphia are exceptional. I was fortunate as a breast cancer patient of Dr. Dahlia Sataloff (the premier surgeon in Philly) to be "assigned" to Dr. Bucky for my recon. This is the equivalent of winning the lottery. His work is phenomenal and in addition he his an engaging and supportive doctor. His team of nurses and the staff at the Washington Square office are warm, intelligent and also beautiful! He did tissue expanders, the silicone exchange and lipo fat grafting (this week). Will post pictures once the result is complete but even now my breasts look better than pre-cancer. Miraculous.

How funny since I just wrote a review about Dr. Bucky and Dr. Sataloff yesterday. It has been six years since I had a preventative Bilateral Mastectomy and I think I look like I had augmentation only. He and his staff are extremely professional and I have had my friends go to him for plastic surgery as well. He is very talented. I am glad that you look and feel as good as I do.

My implants are referred to on my ID card as Allergen Natrelle 410 highly cohesive anatomically-shaped silicone in size 370cc. He picked them - I never even said anything other than not wanting large obvious fake breasts. And they are a good fit.

Thank you for sharing. Going to do a consult. Had double mastectomy in March followed by radiation. Really don't want implants--so interested in fat grafting.

I have implants and had fat grafting to soften the appearance. There are docs who do full fat grafting and micro surgery without implants which is pretty cool. Research people who've done that! And good luck and good health!

Does dr Bucky do all fat transfer--I only want a full B. I am just so nervious about the pain of surgery--gives me flashbacks of those post mastectomy weeks.

One shot pre cancer (black bikini), one shot with implants (B&W), and one post fat grafting. As I said, miraculous.

You look awesome and congratulations! Can I ask what area he took the fat from? My doctor refuses to do fat grafting on me claiming I don't have much but you are small too!

Dr. Bucky did liposuction from my outer thighs and "love handles" on my lower back. Since I have small breasts there was not too much needed for the smoothing he did on the upper pole area and in the cleavage. Thank you for the compliment - I feel good about the result!

You are giving me hope! Recovering from double mastectomy jan 4. Expanders are killing me !! I need a goal ! Can I ask what kind of implants did you get ?

The implants are Natrelle 410 silicone highly cohesive anatomically shaped. 370cc. I will say they are quite firm.
