3rd time is a charm, glad I chose Dr. Chris Saunders ! From Wide and low to va va voom!

I wish I would have read this site prior to my 2 nd BA. I was not aware of all the different profiles and the pro's of silicone. I am so glad that I chose Dr. Chris Saunders to do my 3 rd Ba. I would have saved myself $5000 and an unnecessary surgery, but lesson learned. I paid $3000 and I love my new silicone implants. I have 800 HP and they do not look hideous on me. Dr. Saunders is an awesome educator and takes pride in educating his patients. I did not feel this from Dr. Eisenberg, as I have mentioned previously he did not even talk to me about silicone. I am 5'3" 115 lb with no breast tissue so clearly silicone would have been a better choice! Also I had an exchange so no revision work was done $5000 seems a lot now that I am more educated. Live and learn. I now have a plastic surgeon for like because lucky for me he does it all. Dr. Saunders is a well rounded surgeon that does it all. I will be using him in the years to come! Let this be a lesson ...do your homework! Dr. Eisenberg is still using the same old school boobs that he did 19 yrs ago when I first got them! I feel he hasn't changed with the times, barely anyone gets low( moderate as their called now) profile boobs anymore!my 3 rd surgery date was October 29, 2014 , 4 months after the 2 nd. Best decision I ever made ! Love the feel and look so much better. I can put my arms down to my side because they aren't as wide as my previous pair! Thanks Dr. Saunders..your my hero

3 month of having ba replacement I am having another replacement this time silicone. I was never informed of silicone nor did I ever feel them in dr. Eisenbergs office! Dr. Eisenberg used way too wide of a profile( low)saline on me I still have rippling and my breasts are flat wide and too low according to a new great dr. I chose to do my replacement! Also, my new dr. Said it was suspect that mt previous pix before the 650 cc it looked as if the right one deflated. Dr. Eisenberg said they were fine and that it was from weight loss. I also did not like that my consult with dr. Eisenberg was only about 10 min and his wife sat in with us. Hind sight is 20/20, i do have to commend dr. E's staff. They were awesome even though he was not. I think he is just used to doing the same implants that were done 19 yrs ago when I got them. I did not know nor was I informed about different profile or anything about silicone! Like I said I did not feel either saline nor silicone in the office. Shame on you Dr. E!

Sorry pix are upside down. I have posted pix to show my journey. Wow did my breasts change within 19 yrs. I lost all my volume over the years. I did at one point gain almost 40 lbs and then I also became really thin 90 lbs at one point. I never realized how much weight can effect the breast.
