A little over 3 weeks out...
WORTH IT
23 days out from my second breast aug revision and things are going pretty well. I like the shape of them, they're FINALLY round, and they just look like normal boobs. They're not like the "frogs eyes" fake-y looking spheres [RS bleep] star things coming out of my chest, and they're not sagging, square or flat either. They look and feel (to me) totally real. (((lets out a huge sigh of relief))).
This wasn't only my THIRD BA, but also I'd had a breast REDUCTION about 10 years ago. It was def necessary then and my insurance payed for 100% of it. Unfortunately, maybe bc of time/ age/ hormones/ slight weight up and downs (like 10 pounds or less), I was left with totally flat boobs - see my original review for pics.
This surgery was very different in recovery from others. I had almost no muscle pain at all, but my incisional pain is still pretty intense! I guess cutting open along the SAME scars for the 4th time hurts more? Especially the under incision where your bra sits has been really really painful. I know, I'm just three weeks out... and I only took one week off work which was probably dumb of me. But all in all I'm very happy so far!
I also bought these cheap silicone strips at the CVS (drug store) for now... I have mederma cream coming in the mail tomorrow too, but thought I'd give them a shot. Anyone have great luck with a certain brand of silicone strips or cream??

POD 7! 1 week down aleady!
This revision time is weird... there's a LOT less pain and no weird muscle shape... if anuthing I look dropped and pointy lol but I'm hoping the shape will settle rounder when the swelling and healing is further down. Here's the pics! In a few minutes I go to my post-op appointment. Curious what they'll tell me! Wish me luck :) And best of luck and happy healing to all you dolls on here too!

A little advice?
So, this is a little hard to admit, but I need you're advice. I realize I'm the minority here... I'm single, no kids, live alone... and I'm lonely in my recovery. Sure I sleep and rest and watch documentaries and pay bills... etc. But I'm bored and I'm lonely. I don't want to sit around snacking especially since I can't exercise. Any advice? Boredom and depression aren't feelings I'm used to. Help?

If you like to learn sign up for an online class in something that you have always wanted to get more into. That way you come out with a new mind and body! Just an idea, best of luck ☺️
Thanks for the suggestion, Untaken. Unfortunately I go back to work on Monday (just had one week off) so there's not much time for a class or anything. I'm just a little bored, lonely, and not used to being limited in my activity. I'm not one to sit still, if you know what I mean. And being single and not having someone check in on me daily etc... well it just kind of stinks I'm venting. Thanks for the suggestion tho!

I'm sorry you've been s
lonely through this. I am so intrigued by your story and really hoping and praying all keeps going well this time around.
We have similar stats. Its so interesting how our bodies are still so different.
I can't wait to see your results after swelling goes down. Keep posting and if you need a shoulder to cry on or just someone to talk to message me. You're a very strong amazing woman! I'd be a puddle of tears from what you went through before. Hopefully no more revisions!! I wish you the best!!
