WORTH IT
Ok, so...! I had a breast REDUCTION in 2008 and was a 34 JJ and had most (all?) bras custom made. I have major back issues and posture issues and it def effected me as a teen/ young woman. I was thrilled for years at a full D, small DD, which fit my frame well. Fast forward to 2015, I woke up one day had NO boobs. Like I was hardly filling out a C cup. And while in theory that sounds great, I looked like fried eggs on my chest. Deflated and sad. See my initial post and pics for your self. BAD. So I went on several consultations with Philly's finest PS's and decided do go with Dr. Louis Bucky... "the BEST". The man is remarkable. He is kind, patient, thorough, and brilliant, and his staff of Nurses and Medical professionals are world class. For whatever reason MY anatomy isn't cooperative. I always was a problem child :)
Surgery #1- March of 2016, BA and mini TT. Recovery was ROUGH but I got through it. See that review for details and tons of pics. After I was healed it was apparent my BA wasn't a good result (very wide and flat still) and the lipo was VERY uneven. We decided on a revision.
Surgery #2 - Feb. 2017 BA revision and lipo revision. Quickly after surgery I felt the girls were HARD and high and square... the lipo was improved, but still noticeably uneven in fitted clothes. Dr. Bucky and I spoke several times and after a few months he determined I developed capsular contraction. Greaaaat. So... Revision time again!
Surgery #3 !! Coming this Jan 5th, 2018! Different implant style (again), and taking more breast tissue from that outside bottom corner that just looks damn square, with a little touch up to the lipo lumps and bumps that can be seen in clothes.
I am not looking for perfection. I am very realistic. But my breasts are currently square shaped... more like the shape of a Panda Bears eyes... square-is with the outside bottom corner dipping dow. SAD :( They're also hard like two basketballs and "cubed" off unnaturally. Praying the third time is a charm?!
Pics attached with some of my terrible attempts at an artistic pencil line to emphasize the poor shape, etc.
Heres to happy healing and great results for us all! Here we go again!

Stats and more
I should prob mention my stats:
5'7"
150lbs (give or take a few in either direction)
Just turned 40, but a very young 40 :)
No kids (couldn't have them)
First implant on 3/2016: Natrelle Inspira SRM (smooth, round, moderate profile) 345cc's
Second Implant on 2/2017: Naterelle Inspira TRX (textured, round, extra high profile) 470cc's
The next one going in on 1/2017: (third time is a charm??) is a Naterelle Inspira SRF (smooth, round, full profile) and 520cc's
I AM a little hesitant about the size and being too big... I feel a little too big already! But I'm told this implant has a slightly wider base (making my perimeter rounder = a good thing) and slightly less projection (also good because if I stand up straight I look like Pam Anderson circa 1995, *no offense Pam!)
I'm going to try to post some pics of my profile when I stand straight up and how cartoonish they look, yet still smooshed at the front/ nipple part. Ugh... this process is so frustrating and stressful. No knowing exactly if you're getting the exact style and size fore the result you want... am I right ladies?! Gotta keep the faith in my PS tho, the man is brilliant. I'm extra complicated anatomy since I had the prior breast reduction with an anchor incision previously too...
If anyone has any questions about their upcoming breast augmentation or their healing process, I'm happy to help. Having done this twice already and going for my third BA I feel like a sort of pro lol

Photos of the big and bad
Ok, so these photos are when I'm standing straight. Not sticking my chest out, just standing tall in good posture. And how they're too projecting from my chest. Also notice how from the nipple down is all breast tissue and the nipple up is hard af implant only.
Then there's the ones where I'm just sitting, normal and comfy. You can actually SEE the breast tissue falling off the implant! There's an actual DENT, like the letter "B" eww...
Then there's me with my arms up, which the bottom shape looks WAY better and that where my PS said he'll fix with a vertical incision to tighten up that corner... prayers!
