First tried Phenol peel - Did test spot to see how my skin reacted

Before coming to the Scar Healing Institute, I tried other procedures that just did not work. The team at the institute took their time to explain what the issue is, and how exactly they would improve it. I first tried the Phenol peel. The team here is very aware and first did a test spot to see how my skin would react. After the results were fine, we continued with the rest of my face. They did a great job making me feel comfortable throughout the procedure and during the after care, making sure there were no problems. The level of care the team gives to each patient shows in the results!
