I was always extremely unhappy with my nose which had a large dorsal hump and bulbous dropping tip. Recently I decided to take the plunge and with a bit of researching, I found Dr Imani who specialises in rhinoplasty. He made me feel very comfortable and explained exactly what the procedure would entail. All I can say now is I wish I had of found him years ago, fantastic job! Unfortunately, no before pictures as I always hated them being taken.
