Week post op

So i had my breast augmentation and lift a week ago with dr sanguan at PPSI. I was very nervous, i flew in at 9 pm on the 23rd and at 12 pm the next day was being prepped for surgery. The nurses were very professional and efficient. I needed blood tests done, a mammogram (as the lift can cause scar tissue that may seem like an abnormality during future breast scans) and a EKG.

The hospital was perfect and the food was so good i didnt want to leave haha.

Dr Sanguan was such a nice guy and was quite conservative with sizes. I went in wanting to be huge (thinking 450-500cc) but he talked me around to 350cc by asking the question do i want to be big or do i want lasting perky boobs. I chose the latter. They feel a bit smaller than i was hoping and im wondering if i made the right decision, but i am only a week post and still a D cup.i am also extremely bloated which is probably not helping the situation. They are pretty perfect shape-wise so thats the main thing.

I have had a weird numb feeling in my left hand that lasted a few days and has migrated to my right hand. It scared me pretty bad but i have researched it and apparently it is due to the postioning on the table at surgery. Sometimes the nerves are compressed due to the length of time in the same position (i was quite surprised when they tied my arms down haha). My surgery took 5 hours.

I stayed in the recovery room for about an hour and then was taken back to my room. The nurses checked me regularly and helped with anything i needed. They were really attentive and sweet. I only stayed one night as i had no complications (but had the option to stay another night if i wanted). Ive had hospital transfers included in the surgery price from the airport, and to all apointments. We even get one to the airport on the way home which is pretty awesome. The only thing is a few times they have gone to the wrong hotel as there are about 3-4 different centara hotels in phuket lol. But it hasnt been a huge issue.

From there i went to my hotel (centara grand, karon) which is perfect for recovering. Im here with my husband and kids and havent had to lift a finger. They have a great kids club, amazing kids pools.

Ive finished all my meds and only take the pain meds sporadically when i need to. The pain really hasnt been that bad. It just feels heavy at the moment, and particularly hard/painful in the mornings.

Hi everyone!
I have been debating whether to have a breast lift and implants for a long long time. Ive always had DD's and while pregnant had the most amazing boobs ever! But quickly after breastfeeding they lost all love for life haha. Its a struggle to think of spending that amount of money on myself, but im getting used to the idea ????.

I am still in the stage of looking at doctors and deciding if i should get the procedure done here or in Thailand. I have been looking specifically at dr Sanguan (thailand) and Dr Ong (australia - bunbury). They both have their pros and cons but im finding it difficult as dr Ong has very little reviews anywhere. He is a specialist breast reconstrustion surgeon. I would prefer to stay in aus for recovery and the help from my husband after the surgery (our kids are too little to leave with someone while we jet off for two weeks ????) so i have booked in to have a consult on May 17th.

I have already had an email consult with dr Sanguan, and he reccomended 325cc to achieve my desired DD and also said i have grade 2 pstosis. I was surprised as i didnt think they were that droopy. He has amazing reviews.

Im looking for a natural and big (possibly up to an e cup) but still managable to excersise with. I do weight training so i am really interested in the partial under the muscle positioning as ive heard that allows for better mobility in weight training.if anyone has any experience (good or bad) about this positioning id love to hear it, its definately something i will ask dr Ong.
