Perfect Result from Endonasal Rhinoplasty

Could not be better. I had my rhinoplasty done by Dr. Gassner. He did this during a course with transmission to the audience. Dr. Gassner corrected my wide tip and my hump on the dorsum. I am in the medical field myself and I watched my own surgery on video. The quality of his work is astonishing. He did the surgery endonasally and with impeccable precision. The result is very natural and very beautiful. I could not be happier. The swelling was largely gone after 10 days, now I see no more swelling. Dr. Gassner believes the nose will continue to become thinner over the next year. My breathing is perfect. Overall, I am excited and can only recommend to get your nose surgery done by Dr. Gassner.
