Provider Review
I had made a consult appt with this Dr on the recommendation of another one. I called more then 24hrs in advance and to see if I could move my mid day appt to either earlier or later and was told there were no other slots and the doctor was out of town for a week after. Now keep in mind, they had previously moved my original appt as they had a conflict. Then called me 2 other times for openings they had come open.... I said ok well mid day when I work in another state that morning will not work, the lady on the phone said well you will have to pay 100 to cancel the appt! Nice way to lose a new customer! More worried about money then their potential patient! Bad practice!
