Dr. Brown was outstanding. Made me feel comfortable about the surgery, was very thorough in explaining the procedure, and did it for a VERY reasonable cost. I did a lot of research on what gynecomastia surgery would cost, and it was always around $5000.00; Dr. Brown's cost was much less. It took about 3 months to fully heal, but I could workout during that time as long as I wore compression shirts as instructed. Dr. Brown was also quick to respond to questions/concerns I had through email. I am now more confident than I have ever been about having my shirt off. I highly recommend Dr. Brown if you are considering this procedure.

GREAT result. I have VERY similar body composition as you. What exactly did he do?
Thanks! He sucked the fat around the lumps out, then cut out the lumps. I didn't have to go under, he just used zanex and numbing meds. Took a couple hours. I had to wear a foam pad over my chest and under my compression shirts for a week, but it wasnt noticeable when I put a shirt on, chest just looked flat. Then I had to wear compression shirts all the time except showering for about 3 months.
WOW!!!! Mine is actually pseudogynecomastia.....no lumps. Again, GREAT results. I'm in Statesboro Ga. Based on the price and your results it may be worth a trip.

Your results look great! I have very similar frame and current chest looks like your before. I was curious if you lost feeling in your chest as a result of the surgery?
Do you have any additional pics? I’ve had two surgeries so far and yours looks much flatter than mine.
