I currently have 385cc saline mentor implants under and a full lift done in 2012 doing a implant exchange in 2 weeks to inspira implants not sure size yet looking at 500-600cc moderate profile I believe. After my last child I lost most of my upper fullness. I'm very excited for tomorrow my pre-op to pick my implants. Looking forward to fuller breast to help even my body out. I'm 5'7 133 pounds and pear shaped.

So I had my pre op appointment yesterday. Let's me just say Doctor Butlers staff is beyond nice and make you feel like family! Elizabeth took all the time I needed to pick my implant size. We went with a 605 inspira moderate profile as that's what I have now a saline mentor moderate 350 filled to 385. I ordered two front closures bras off Amazon in M not sure how they'll fit. I'm getting excited ????

I ordered two sports bras of Amazon for $17 they came today and fit perfectly. I'm a 32c now and I ordered a M and I'm going to a big D there is plenty of room to fit my new boobies. They have these removable pads as well that allow more room.
