Being a young woman with a "baby face" & small...
Being a young woman with a "baby face" & small chest--my main motivation was definitely self-esteem & self-image. I wanted the full, pretty cleavage with the "you could have been born with it" natural appearance. To this day, I still have no regrets about my decision. It gave me the little bit of confidence I needed to feel more comfortable in my skin. It may not be the right decision for everyone, but for me this was a personal decision that couldn't have turned out better!
