21 Days Post-Op
It has been 21 days since the procedure things are starting to change. I am seeing an increase in circumference. There is no pain or discomfort associated. It is important to continue to wrap and do your massages as prescribed in your aftercare pamphlet.Supplement wise the most important one to take is your collagen supplement double dose on it morning and evening this is important to help with the tissue development.

Okay it has been 14 days the post care involves applying 3 creams daily and keeping it wrapped in a compression sleeve, with the gland being exposed. The tenderness around the injection site is fading no major issues with pain or discomfort. It is helpful to rewrap daily and ensure that you follow the prescribed guidelines given to you.
