So today it's been a week since procedure. Pain is pretty much gone, there is some tenderness and discomfort, but there is not really the need for pain meds ( only while having one of those F@&x-that hurts like s@&!!!-lymphatic massage!!!!).
Things that I've learn so far: water it's a most!!!! ... To avoid water retention. Lymphatic massages also a most!!!!... Even though they are very painful, having them before the incisions close, allows a lot of the liquid to drain, and I think the discomfort goes away quicker. Also you shrink so quick!!!! Right after surgery I was using a S CG.... Today I was instructed to buy the XS!!!!... So happy so far...super worth it!!!
BTW haven't added any pictures because I am very bruise :)

So day 3 starts pretty good. Was able to take long shower. Went for second lymphatic massage ( that was fun .... Not!), was told I need to drink more water, since only one of the incision was draining and the rest felt tight. Thinking about stoping ibuprofen since I been feeling pretty good.... So far vy worth it!!!!

End of day 3: had to wash my CG again, to much stuff still coming out, put it in the dryer and even though was in delicate I guess it got smaller.... OMG!!!!, my husband and I had a blast trying to put it back on..we did it, but after all the pressure, I started bleeding again....no pain at all... But back to the same messy CG :(
While CG was in washer, I tried some jeans.... No more muffin top!!!!!!.... So happy with results!!!!! .... Totally worth it :)

GREAT for u...ur results thus far are very impressive..u look great...u must be thrilled..welcome to the healing part...just remember PATIENCE is the hardest part....Best of luck to u and do keep us posted...

You look awesome!! So I was wondering how the lymphatic massages went...I had one done at 2 weeks Post-Op and it hurt like hell...I was near tears!

So far very painfull... But I was able to see a lot of blood/fat/liquid coming out from incisions so that was pretty nice :)

Okay I'm glad that I wasn't the only one who felt like the massages hurt alot!! Hmmm i guess I'll schedule another one and give it a try... =)
