Doctor pointed out that I have mild Pectus excavatum which I always knew my chest wall was different than most women. Therefore, I decided to get a BA to feel comfortable wearing bathing suits in the summer... It's only been 3 days, can't wait to see them drop. The 2nd & 3rd day are the most painful. Arnica really helps bring down the swelling, I've noticed a huge difference in only 3 days.

I feel so good. Haven't taken any pain meds today & I finally was able to take a warm shower. I've been taking Arnica pills to help reduce swelling & stiffness which are working miracles. You can find those at the vitamin shoppe or online. Natural remedy to reduce muscle soreness.
