2 months post op and loving them

Tomorrow will be 2 months since my surgery. I started back at the gym a few weeks ago and I am so happy that I am still able to lift pretty heavy with very little discomfort. I can finally sleep on my side and my boobies are looking and feeling better every day. They are very soft and are not sitting as high as they were. I am starting to love them. I love the size. I have zero boob greed and my boobies blues are pretty much gone. I really wasn't ready for the emotional roller-coaster although I read so much about it prior to my surgery. I think returning to the gym has helped tremendously.

Bra sopping has been a nightmare. I haven't found one bra I like and fits well. I need to go to nordstrom since I hear that's the best place to find small bands and big cup bras. I am measuring at a 32DDD and it's nearly impossible to find that size. I am going to wait until my PS gives me green light to wear under wire so I can invest in some bras. For now I am mostly wearing sports bras.

6 weeks post op and feeling better

Today was my 6 week appointment. I can't believe it's already been 6 weeks! I am feeling much better. I've been struggling with boobies blues and in the last couple of weeks I have noticed a lot of inprovements. I started walking on the treadmill (slowly) a few weeks ago and that has helped me feel better.

I saw my PS today and he cleared me to get back to the gym! So excited! I miss the weights! I can now wear any bra I want (no underwrite though for 6 more weeks). I can now sleep on my side and resume life as normal. I see my PS again in 4 weeks

Boobies are looking better they are still high and need to drop. This weekend I tried to find a bra and it was a terrible experience. I must've tried on over 20 bras and nothing fit right. I measured myself and it looks like I am a 32DDD and it's nearly impossible to find that size. I also don't want to spend too much money on bras at this time since I know that I most likely will change size once I D & F. Some times I feel like they may be a bit too big but I am hoping that once they drop they fit my body better. Very excited to not have to wear the grandma bra I had to wear for the last 6 weeks but need to find a couple of comfortable bras to get me through the next few weeks.

4 weeks post op

I saw my PS for my 4 week post op appointment yesterday. He is very happy with the progress. It'should still hard to sleep and I am still sleeping elevated. He told me I could sleep flat on my back 2 weeks ago but it's uncomfortable. My breasts are getting softer but they're still high and don't really move at all. I haven't gotten to the point of liking them. They're more of a pain than anything else. Driving is easier and I don't feel as tired as I was a few weeks ago. I still can't work out. :( he said he will allow me to get back at the next appointment in 2 weeks. I miss the gym so much and right now all I can do is walk.

I still have to wear the uncomfortable grandma bra for two more weeks. My incisions are looking better but the bra is a little tight and is digging into my incisions, especially the left one.

At this point I am happy with the size. I can wear all of my work clothes and everything looks the same as it did with my padded bra. I don't have any boob greed but it's still early.

I asked my PS about everything that could possibly go wrong and he reassured me that chances are low that anything wold go wrong and if something went wrong he will be there. That makes me feel goodles becuase I've been reading some terrible reviews lately and it scared me a bit. I really love my PS. He is awesome!
