Surgical tape is off

I couldn't wait to be rid of that surgical tape although I know it was good for my boobies.. I took it off and am so impressed :)
Dr Lim suggests using bio oil however I found a high potency vitamin E oil from iherb.com - it's super thick and the reviews for scars look good. I'll use that instead.
Back in the gym doing high rep (so lower than normal weight) exercises mostly only legs - I have gone super light shoulders - although I feel good I don't want to push it. I'm grateful to be there after 3 weeks when I was expecting weeks off gym..

Day 10 - Can't believe how normal I feel
Day 10 and feeling amazing. I would never have believed it but I feel great. Trying to wear my stabiliser but I have a pain on left side almost in arm pit and it hurts when I wear stabiliser. Anyhow my follow up is 3 days away and I'm looking forward to getting steri strips off.. Besides that looking and feeling good!

Wow you look great,dr lim is great,didn't go threw him my self but seen he's work congrats,i went threw dr dona he's a great surgeon as well

Almost pain free
At 8 days post op I would never have believed that if be this pain free and nimble. I still sleep sitting up and I wear my stabiliser however I'm moving around almost like normal. Yesterday I tried clearing the house and found I got tired quickly so I won't push it, but besides that I feel great

Great news. Have you got drains in still? How are your scars feeling and healing? I'm booked in for a consult with Dr Eddy Dona in July and booking for surgery in September if consult all goes to plan.

Hi Sparkles - drains came out one week later and to be hones they were the main thing holding me back from being normal immediately.
I posted some pics today to mark 3 weeks :)
