Went with 2 peeps to consultation. All questions got answered and i felt that Dr. Ali understood what I am aiming for -natural look. Expected because of research moderate profile but gap in cleavage could be increased. I am a little afraid of a not natural look. Starting to get nervous but excited ! The only thing I? afraid of atm is the pain afterwards but I took 2 weeks off work just to make sure I give myself enough time healing.

Starting to feel quiet nervous and had a little melt down yesterday night. I know that I informed myself as much as I could but had a further look at the reviews from TCI and got a little scared.. IN FACT I had a good feeling when I was there for my consultation. I am still going for it and booked in for a hotel the next couple of days while recovery.. Will update tomorrow evening or the day after depending how i feel and might add some pics aswell.
Fingers crossed that I will be fine.

So today at 7.30 AM i had my surgery appointment. I went there by train with my bf so he can drop me off and go to the hotel and prepare everything for my return and basically only waited for their call to pick me up.
I arrived there and we went atleast 3 more times through my personal information forms to make sure they got everything correct.
I wasnt reallt nervous , i think i was just too tired and since i was planning on doing that since atleast 6 years I just felt like i am where i am supposed to be.
In the end everything went fast i spoke to different nurses and had to change to this beautiful hospital dress, the granny socks off we go!
They took before pictures and marked my boobs as they look different while being on my back.
After I went into the op room I dont remember much. At first oxygen mask and then an injection that was gonna make me sleep .. I dont remember falling asleep but i guess its a good sign.
And the next thing I knew is that I am already awake and a few moments later my boyfriend was with me. I expected to wake up in big pain but instead I woke up thursty as hell. They put me on a heated chair and gave me some crackers but the crackers felt instantly like sand in my mouth so I didnt reallt eat any.
I was a little dizzy but apart from poor tries of conversations I didnt do anything stupid and I was really lucky that the narcotics didnt make me feel sick at all.
Two other women were with me in the room and one of them instantly had to puke after waking up and the other one was in big pain but I guess that was because she started with approx the same size of boobs but went for bigger implants.
For now I only took one painkillers of the regular ones (Codapene) and will start my antibiotics tomorrow. I will try to stay away from painkillers as much as I can and I think the stronger ones they gave to me I will only use if I really cannot sleep at all (Endone TABS 5 mg).
I am not allowed to take the bra off for 24 h, so I might update pictures tomorrow when I get to take a shower. I am glad I can and not have to wait for 10 days how some other surgeons ask their patients to.
My boobs are feeling really tight at the moment and look from the side really sharp . It´s kinda funny to see and since they are sitting a lot less high than I expected I consider everything normal and I cant wait to see the progress during the next 6 week and ofcourse I cant wait to buy my first bikini !

Congratulations!! Can't wait to see pictures after you finally get the bra off!!! I had to wait 5 days to take a shower...that was torture for me, but oh did it feel so good when I finally got to do it! After the second day I only used the strong pain meds to help me sleep (propped up on my back - ugh!), and I didn't even take anything during the day. Hope the next few days are good for you!.

Woke up really early this morning to take the antibiotics.. but woke up earlier than expected because of my really sore back. Im always having a little back problems and now its really strong went from a 5 on painscale to an 8.. I am allowed to take a shower but I am not sure I will today.. I am knowsy ofcourse but i think i have to wait until i actually trust my wellbeing enough to do so .. But just having the option makes me feel better. I am really lucky that I dont react any bad to the meds.. When did you have your BA and how long did it take you until you were able to live a normal life by yourself. BTW gotta wait with taking pics maybe 1-2 more days.. i am really excited because it looks all fine with the bra but i think i wait with pics until i feel also good enough fot a shower!

I was alone from the day or surgery. I had someone pick me up and drop me off, but otherwise it was just me. Not something I would recommend in hindsight. It was tough, but I just took it easy and didn't do a whole lot. My back was really sore from sleeping propped up and it was actually more sore than my boobs for the first week or so. I had my surgery on the 4th so it will be 4 weeks tomorrow. I know right now it seems like time is probably crawling for you, but it will pass. I can't believe it's been 4 weeks already. I had my last post op appointment with my PS today and he says everything looks great and doesn't need to see me again until 6 months in April. I don't have to wear the band any more, but he doesn't want me in a bra for another 2 weeks, and then only a loose bralette, not something that squeezes them like a sports bra does. I've gotten so used to not wearing a bra it's going to be weird wearing one again. As for showers...yes, it was great to finally take one, but I found it exhausting. Very hard to wash my hair and use my arms that much. I felt like taking a nap after the first few times....haha. Just listen to your body and don't do more than you are comfortable with. Everyone is different. It's a wonderful thing you've done for yourself, so just be good to yourself for the next two weeks or so until you feel more comfortable moving around.

Sounds like a tough travel and eventhough you might have your reason to do so alone, i think its good to have someones support. I mean u made it through the time and that is something you can actually be really proud of! My surgeon has a different idea of the recovery time. I have to wear a post op bra for about six weeks and then I am allowed to wear any (unless there are not foreseen complications). When I woke up there was another girl that was instantly crying because of happiness but it hasnt reached me yet. I feel like I am where I am supposed to be .
I cant wait to take a shower and will do so tomorrow. ATM i still feel to week.. I am taking 4 antiniotics and 4 painkillers a day which makes me really tired and bloated.. There sore back is also my biggest problem. Especially because I had back issues before since I am really tall (about 180cm) and did in the past a lot of sport (acrobatics). Actually time is passing by okay since I am sleeping a lot. Just made my post op appointment . Thanks for letting me be part of your experiences. Its good to know that there are people in similiar situations ! All the best for you and your recovery. I keep my blog updated and feel free to contact my if you feel like it !
