I wanted to be a full c... Small d. High profile, didn't want to look matronly. I was completely stressed after seeing 3 surgeons... All who had conflicting "ideas." My 4th surgeon, Adam Kolker, diminished every fear. He explained he would pick the ccs and the profile based on what looked best! And I was okay with that. He knew the look I wanted to achieve but sometimes patients think if they use the same cc as someone else they will get their look. Kolker said it's so much more than that ... It's your breast tissue before, shape, frame ... It's positioning. He said "I'll pick the one that looks prettiest, you will be pleased."
He was right and a true genius. I'm writing this 12 hours after coming up
From the surgery and feel and look wonderful. Obviously sore ... On Tylenol that's it! And swollen I'm sure, but really happy with the results.

They are round... Style 20... High profile. Did you get yours yet? Or looking for a surgeon? One surgeon wanted me to do the anatomical ones but kokler said he prefers those for reconstruction surgeries more often and for me, it had to large of a base. Wouldn't fit my frame.

I haven't gotten mine yet. I'm pretty sure I found my surgeon. 2nd consultation March 2! Hopefully will have them by the end of March or April! Thanks for the info! Based on your other comment, we have similar builds! Thanks for sharing!

Still only on Tylenol. Taking a lot of homeopathic remedies to reduce swelling and bruising.

I did research online before I read your post. He is a popular breast surgeon in new york. are you good case of recovery or everyone else recover quickly because this surgeon's great technique? Also, do you mind posting your pre op pictures? I had consulted with several different PS in new york this month. the implant size they telling me range from 225-350cc! It's really hard for me to make a decision. I want to have it asap. How did you find this doctor? there is a long line waiting for him, is it? i remember i called his office....

I'll post a pre op pic. He was the only surgeon I found randomly by searching online. The others came recommended by people I Knew. It's a busy office but my first consult with him was beginning of feb... I knew I wanted him to do it that day so I took the available slot. It happened to work out that he didn't go away presidents weekend so I was able to have it Monday. I'm not sure how everyone heals but they said "everyone's different ... Some people just need Tylenol" and I was one of those people. I'm interested to hear another story about this so keep me posted if you choose him. I'll post pre op pic now. Good luck! Just let him choose ccs, if I chose I would've def picked 350 and the nurse said they didn't look nice at all. Too big and too high!

hi, thank you for sharing. keep us posted on how you recovery. by looking at your pre op pic, i can tell you are a good BA candidate. i read most ppl are in pain for first few days post op and won't be able to lift the arms. how do you feel now? congrats again on great work! :)

Well today is Wednesday. I showered ... Washed my hair no problem. I can lift my hands above my head and get things above the refrigerator. I feel really good. The hardest part is getting out of bed in the morning. I'm barely even taking Tylenol. Two tablets every 8 hours.

what's your cup now? 32C or D? you used 325cc right? I am browsing realself today and found miami BA is much cheaper than nyc. only around $3000 with good results. not sure if i should travel there now....
