I forgot to mention about Kegels...

I do every day Kegels and I must admit that I can hold them much more than before the surgery...though, if there is a resistance, for example during intercourse, I feel I can t squeeze him.
The big disappointment is that the Doctor didn t sew the perineum enough, and you can still see the vagina a bit open.

After a difficult delivery where I was torn, my sexual life became a nightmare so I decided for a vaginoplasty. Searching for half an year for a surgeon in Europe ( which is not an easy thing to find a surgeon able to do a vaginoplasty in Europe...), I finally decided to be operated by Dr Bergeret-Galley in Paris. The contact by emails was easy, the assistant discussed about all the details and aswered to me to all my concerns. We made the booking of the surgery quickly ( because I really wanted it ASAP) and went to Paris for it. The live consultation with the Doctor was... I would say, not very friendly. She tried to be polite though, but I could feel her antipaty against me. Anyway, that s not important. What I didn t really like was one of her replies when I asked her how many fingers will I be after the surgery, because for the moment I was three fingers. Her reply was very acid and cut my mood, saying that that s not important and if I want, I can think more and come back another time for the surgery. I was there especially for this surgery, spent money for flights, hotel and had to take vacation and she said me this!!! I passed over it and let it be operated by her, because was in any case no other better choices, except going to USA, which was far away from my possibilities.
The next day I was in the hospital and have been operated under general anestezia.
After I woke up from the anestezia, I felt really bad because this is the way my body usually reacts at general anestezia, heavy nausea, voma, headache, weakness. I was surprised to be kicked out just after 5-6 h after the surgery when they change the shift, though I payed for a night in the hospital. My state was really bad and if my partner was not with me, I don t know how I would have been able to get back into my hotel alone. I was extremely dizzy, I was vomiting in the taxi and terrible headache. I don t think this was normal, to be sent home immediately after being under a general anestezia. I passed over this too...
The first days were a bit difficult, I was mostly in the bed, but the surgery seemed to be ok. I was desinfecting it each time after going at the toilet and was almost not at all painful, or maybe it was just bcause my level of pain is quite high.
After 8 weeks I was having the first sexual contact and was a bit painful but it went good with time. Now I am 4 months after the surgery and I would say that the result is not what I was expecting... I am sure that she could have done it better at the level of tightness, but probably she didn t want it. The entrance ( the perineum) is still a bit open and you can see that one two stiches are missing from there. There is a difference, but not as much as I wanted, especially for this price- 5000€. I was looking at pictures from other surgeons from USA and what I see there is quite different, the perineum look quite closed.
If I will ever have the possibility, I will make it again, but this time with a surgeon from USA.
