No CONS. My breasts look like Daisy Dukes. They are BEAUTIFUL. The neat thing about then is that they are designed for older women, such as myself whose skin doesn't have the elasticity to hold them from sagging. They are ribbed on one side, put in sub-pectorally, where they literally, suction, glue like to the wall of your chest and they STAY there. I'm not saying just flop around bra less, but what I AM saying is with the right initial support while healing, you can wear that backless article of clothing and look GREAT. I went from 34C to 36DD and honey, I look great. My man can't keep his hands off of them. I've had total strangers, men AND women come up to me and ask if they were real and I just cheerfully hand out your card.
