Graduation Present - Panama City, FL

I've wanted them done for years, I've always been "thick" girl but never really had any boobs. Little sister has double D's figure that out!!? I first went for my pre-op with Dr. Nunnery a few months before I actually had surgery (I had some other health issues pop up.) I work at Bay Medical in the operating room so I get to work with Dr. Nunnery and I really just felt like he put the most effort into making the patient happy and giving them what they want than any of the other plastic surgeons I've worked with (not that they aren't very pleasant) I just got to witness first hand the extra effort Dr. Nunnery takes with each and every patient and I felt comfortable with him. So I literally told him I wanted to "match" (as in boobs to match my already big enough bottom half). After my pre-op I was quickly informed each and every detail of my breasts and how deformed I really was (here and I thought they were just to small). lol I've recently completed it and I'm now at about two post op and more in love every day. To be honest when I first saw them I was a little worried they would be too big but by about day 4 I started to warm up to them. Now I am actually starting to feel like they're really mine/part of me!!! Yay!!! My breasts were different sizes and we had discussed options on how to keep them looking natural but again I just told him whatever he thought looked best. I ended up with 505/525 gummy bears!!!ladies these are the way to go!!! They feel amazing and they look fantastic (ill upload photos soon) He put them in using a sub-areolar incision, which was awesome in itself, not a lot of docs do that with the gummy bears especially that size. My post-op has gone well the worst part being that I'm just so ready to get in the gym that I can't stand it!! Making myself sit on this couch is making me want to scream more every day!! I'm hoping at my appointment on Monday he will tell me I can at least start jogging or something......I have zero complaints concerning the entire experience. Dr. Nunnery is truly an artist and I say this not only from my own experience but from the many others I have witnessed. He honestly does everything he can to make his patient's as happy as they can be. I could not be happier!!!! ok i'll be happier once I've lost the ten lbs I've gained from couching it for weeks :(

Ok so today was post-op appointment #2, stitches out, asked when I could go bra shopping and Dr. Nunnery asked what I wanted a bra for? Lol it's true I really don't need one, they're beautifully in place :) He did correct me however on technique used, he placed them with a Keller funnel using the infra-aereolar approach. He also told me I needed to be doing my massage therapy more aggressively lol they're still a little sore when I do them, I've been doing them in the shower, it seems to help. Everything feels great, no pain, a little soreness when I sit up in the am but other than that I’m starting to get use to them. The breast itself started feeling a little uneven as far as firmness and softness but doc checked me out and said they would feel weird for the first 2 or 3 months. They are definitely softer by the day, I'm still doing my massages often and I wear my strap a few hours every day because I do want them to settle down lol they are quite perky. I'm in love with them, they are just the greatest motivation to lose the extra weight I've been battling, and it’s awesome knowing that my figure will be what I want it to be!!!! I couldn't be happier- Dr. Nunnery told me if I paid for any drinks it was a wardrobe issue...lol Photos coming soon I am hoping he will take some in the office this week and I will be able to post the before and afters!!!
