I got implants at 19, I my cup size was about a 32-26c and I went to a 36DD originally I was going to go smaller but I'm very glad the doctor and I decided on something larger. My doctor was amazing he matched my body perfect and made sure they would fit my frame I was very afraid of looking extremely "top heavy" the only thing I would have done differently is possibly going a little bit larger but if I ever get them redone that's what I'll do.
As I looked in the mirror I noticed sagging around my mouth and neck area. I wanted to do something for myself. I went in to talk and see what exactly I needed. The staff was wonderful and Dr. Nunnery was so understanding and professional. I knew when I had the procedure done I would go to him. I had the procedure in Oct. 2014 and love the outcome. He and his staff took such good care of me. I'm so glad I went with him.
After losing the weight, was in need of a breast lift, implants and the skin removal, surgery and recovery went well, not as painful as I thought, but then I have a high tolerance for pain. I would definitely do it again, it's nice not having to lift your breasts up to put in your bra and then have the skin hang over your bra under your arms. All the scarring is covered up with a swim suit.
Dr. Nunnery is a very compassion and honest person. I am so happy I chose him for my surgery. Dr. Nunnery explained the procedure and answered all my questions. His has a wonderful nurse and great office staff. They are very prompt and helpful. The fee for my surgery was less than the other plastic surgeons in the same area. By the way I love my new look.
I have always had small breasts with little/no tissue and wanted more to fill out my 5'8", thin, but athletic frame. One of my main concerns has always been the interference with breast feeding, but now that we are finished having kids, I realized it was truly a decision that I had to make about ME and my CONFIDENCE. I had my consult in Dec '14, surgery in Jan '15, and never looked back. Dr. Nunnery is amazing and I am so glad that I trusted his expertise for the exact look that I was searching for--natural, in proportion to my frame, and beautiful results!
Cannot say enough great things about Dr Nunnery and his staff. I am a 28 yr old mother of 4 breastfed kids. Needless to say, my breasts we deflated and sagging and in need of some t.l.c....I had a consultation with another local surgeon and left their office feeling less than confident. After meeting with Dr Nunnery, I was more than comfortable and confident in choosing him as my surgeon. He was very thorough and informative in my consultation. I went into my consultation knowing what I wanted. He suggested a different profile implant. I was nervous but trusted his recommendation and boy am I glad I listened to him. He is very talented and attentive to detail. His prices are very competitive and he and his staff are amazing. I received a breast lift and the Sientra high profile cohesive gel implant (gummy-bear). Recovery was a breeze. The whole process has given me such a boost of confidence and I would do it all again in a heartbeat ????
I wanted to do this after I had my first daughter but was advised to wait until I was finished having kids. I chose Sientra Gummy bear implants, Gen. 5, Periaerolar. Subpectoral. The post op pain was worse than I had anticipated but after a few weeks, it subsided and I am very pleased with my results! I forget what they even looked like before!
I had a breast reduction 20 years ago. I had lost 30 pounds and need to feel and look better. Dr Nunnery and his staff are the best. When you walk in the office is a happy place. I had a lift with implants. The results were just what I wanted. I suggest you go for a consult. Always get more than one.
After having 2 kids and my breasts size increasing to size G bra with my last child I was left with a bunch of saggy breast skin which made me very self conscious. I literally wore a bra ALL THE TIME and could not wear a basic tie bikini due to the amount of sagging. I went to see Dr. Nunnery for my consultation in November told him what I wanted and he told me he could do it so we set up the surgery for the end of December. I had my procedure done Dec. 30th and have been so HAPPY and PLEASED with the results. He accomplished EVERYTHING I told him I wanted and fixed EVERYTHING I was unhappy with. I am now a full C/Small D and everything is tight, perky and lifted again like before I ever became pregnant. Also the scars are very minimal and amazing looking. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nunnery for any procedures you are considering. Also the recovery was easy and quick!
I decided to get implants at 42 years old after getting a hysterectomy due to fibroids. I decided that it was time for a new me. I got 440cc Sientra high profile round implants. (Gummy bears) I went from roughly a 34A to a 36D in bra size. My experience was a good one and I'm happy with my results. I would do it again in a heartbeat! Routinely, the implant exchange is often less painful than the first procedure, BUT, with the increased size of your implant decision, the pocket often will require enlargement and with this there is the possibility of associated pain. I often place a drain in each pocket when doing reoperative breast surgery. Just depends on your situation. Just choose wisely a Member of the ABPS or ASAPS to be your surgeon, and you'll do just fine.
I think your results are wonderful. Kudos to you and your surgeon. It's been my experience over the last 2 years with Sientra implants, that your breasts will soften and drop a little more, yielding you a sillohuette that you will enjoy for many years. Since the implants are Gen 5 shaped, I think you will be pleased how natural and yet beautiful superior quadrant fullness that you will have for a long Time.
Thanks for your inquiry and photos. Not Only will your Anatomy require a diastasis repair, It mandates that it be included in your Abdominoplasty. Nearly all Plastic Surgeons incorporate this in the operation since the vast majority of women present after childbirth which causes the rectus muscles to separate to allow for gestational grow and expansion of the baby's size. This will allow you to have a result that will make You Happy.
Thanks for your question and photos. Firstly, your anatomy is very common with Gr 1 ptosis and is what most plastic surgeons consider a in between patient that can be made happy with Either Silicone implant augmentation or Combination Breast Augmentation/Mastopexy. The focus of your consultation should be on your desired size and the position of your breasts postop. If you are unhappy with your lower more natural breast position, you will need an implant and mastopexy. If you are happy with your current breast position and desire a large version, then you will be happy with Implants alone. Personally, if implants only are chosen , then I use a Gen 5 round implant in the High Profile version to give more projection and help with the extra skin. Hope this Helps.
All Patients have some degree of breast and cleavage asymmetry and chest wall asymmetry. This is an intertwined anatomy that all Plastic Surgeons identify either preop or intraoperatively. Often two different size implants help to minimize the postop difference in cleavage. I think you will have a great improvement and result with silicone implants. Hope this helps.
