I found this site and justbreastimplants.com forum extremely helpful for researching my breast revision/exchange surgery. However, it was very hard to find reviews/photos of under 200cc implants. I thought I would share my experience to help others. For reference, here are my stats:

Original = 30/32A
1st BA - 1996; Mentor, round, saline, 330cc = 32/34 C
After 2 pregnancies, breastfeed both = 32/34 D
2nd BA - scheduled Nov 2017; Natrelle Inspira low profile - currently deciding between 140 or 170cc
Goal = small 32/34 B (Kate Hudson, Kate Moss :)
BWD = 11cm
Height = 5'0"
Weight = 115 lbs
Ribcage size = 28-29"

Going into my first BA I wanted to go from an A to a B cup - very natural. But 19 years ago this was a very rare request and the PS encouraged me to go larger b/c I would regret not doing so. Although well intentioned, his advice did not ring true for me and I always thought they were too big for what I wanted (although they were extremely well done and looked very good). I looked busty whereas I wanted to look like I just had your average, nothing to really notice size boobs :)

Fast forward 19 years and I have breastfed 2 children and as a result I have sagging and increased about another cup size. I will be exchanging my 330cc saline implants for the Inspira gel implants in the lowest profile (SRL). Currently, I am deciding between 140 or 170cc's. At the recommendation of my PS, I will not be getting a lift as I do want a little "age appropriate" sag. She believes my skin has enough elasticity and my nipples are high enough to get me the result I want without a lift. If not, I may do a lift in the future after everything has settled.

My PS deflated my saline implants pre-surgery to get an idea of my skin elasticity etc. The first photo is pre-deflation taken about a week ago and the second was taken a week later. As you can see they are deflating at different speeds. Also, I have lateral displacement in both breasts (where the implant shifts towards your armpits). My PS will sew the pockets to accommodate the smaller implant and to remedy the lateral displacement issue.

I am looking forward to seeing your results! Yours is the same problem that I currently have and am hoping to avoid a lift as well. Good luck and please keep us posted! Thanks!

Hi there, wishing you the best with your upcoming surgery! That’s great that your PS does not think you need a lift. And if you decide to do a lift in the future (as you mentioned below) doing it in two stages is considered safer according to a number of PS.

Btw I’m always interested in stories like yours because I also downsized my implants (from 400cc to 215cc); however I also had a lift (per my PS his recommendation). Our stories are also very similar; 20 years ago a another PS gave me implants that were larger than what I wanted. For many years I actually wore a minimizer bra, because I felt quite self-conscious with the larger size. Now that I’ve had my downsize I ask myself why I waited so long! If you want to see my before/after pics and share notes click on my profile name and scroll down the list to find my “shape over size - Breast lift with downsize “review . There are others here that have implants under 200cc, but are right in that there are so few here. Your review will be a great help for those looking to get smaller implants. I look forward to following your progress… :-)

Thank you for pointing me to your review. Very helpful and you have beautiful results! I think I've saved nearly every review/question on here from someone who has or wants <200cc's :) I've always wanted to size down too but decided to wait until I was done having children. I'm glad I did because the sagging only occurred after kids. My expectations are fairly fluid at this point. The only thing I want is smaller and very natural looking, which for me means some sagging. My PS will do some internal lifting when she sews up the pocket. Her speciality is small boobs (the preference up here in Northern California) but I have realistic expectations and understand I may want a lift in the future.

Hi again, do you mind sharing who PS is? That’s interesting what you say about the preference in Northern California. My own PS also has a preference for smaller breasts (from what I was told); although he will give his patients what size they want as long as it’s safe. He’s based in Colorado. I actually travel from Florida to Colorado for his services since he’s considered one of the best PS in this country for breast lift surgery. It’s one of the most difficult surgeries to do so you want to be really picky if/when you decide to have breast lift. Talk later. :-)

Side view of breasts immediately after PS deflated my saline implants. She removed saline from each breast to approximate different sizes I may want to downsize to. The right breast is approximately 200cc (from original 330cc) and the left breast is 170cc. As you can see on a petite woman like me those 30cc's make a huge difference.
