Breastfed, No Lift, 140cc Silicone Implants

My nipples seem to be perking up & the skin is noticeably tightening. My breasts look and feel completely natural and I have amazing cleavage, especially in clothes. No fake looking runway gap between my breasts! I really love the smaller size. I’m excited to wear a triangle top bikini and plunging necklines, which I avoided before. My PS is very happy with my progress. Since I had a capsulorrahaphy for lateral displacement, I have been in a Natori underwire sports bra 24/7 since getting bandages removed (2-3 days post op). Apparently the underwire helps keep the breast & tension/weight off the sutures while the scar tissue is maturing & becoming stronger.

Here’s a photo of my breasts less then 2 weeks post op. I am extremely pleased with the results so far & frankly the photo does not do it justice. As you can see my lateral displacement was resolved & both breasts are pointing forward & have moved from underneath my armpits. My breasts are soft & fluffy already given that this was a secondary BA & I went so much smaller. The nipples continue to move upwards each day & the skin is tightening. I have not ruled out a periariola lift in the future if there’s any extra “hanging” stretched breast skin around my armpit or if I just want a higher position. But so far I’m very pleased with how they’ve turned out. My breasts look incredibly natural with a bit of age appropriate sag which is exactly what I wanted. They look cute & perkish (again age appropriate for a fit 40yo) in tops and the cleavage & slope of my breasts look completely natural. I have had no real pain from the revision. The only area of discomfort has been the sides of my breasts nearest to my armpits because that is where she closed off & reduced the pocket size.
