I'm only a week away from my breast augmentation surgery, I'm nervous and excited at the same time. I've always wanted bigger breast and for the last 7 years of my life I feel like I've been living a lie, usomg silicone pads and miracle bras to give the appearance of bigger breast. I cannot wait to throw them out and finally feel free! I'm aiming for a D even a small DD. Going saline 425cc, if anyone has a different suggestion I would be very appreciative.

Hi there! Firstly, congrats on your wise decision! I am happy for you to be able to take the challenge as everyone else here on RS. I just had mine BA 3 weeks ago, so far the healing is going well. I wish you good luck with yours! Why saline? nor silicone? Your breasts have a lot of tissue already, I believe if you going for 500+ would dfnly give you the look you desire. I went for 550cc HP, and now I am thinking of going larger in years. Just a suggestion! wish you luck, honey!

Thankyou for your words of encouragement, I def need it. I am going with saline, for health reasons ( I've had friends had bad experience with silicon rupture and not being able to detect, and I have a family history of breast cancer.) I already ordered the 425 cc but I'm going to ask my surgeon if he can go bigger, my biggest issue was going to big but from what i can tell the size that i have in mind i need atleast 500cc for. Thankyou again hun!

Hi! What's your height, weight, any pregnancies, breastfeeding? Makes a difference. I got 420's and wish I would've went bigger but was so scared they'd look obnoxious. I'm 5'8 so I can get away with bigger, wish I would've known :/ don't get me wrong, I'm still happy with my results though. I also wish I would've done a higher profile because I don't have any fullness up top, again was too scared they'd look "fake". So I have to wear a bra with everything or they look saggy.

Oh! I'm a 34DD but can still fit in 34D's with some pouring out of the cup a little. Wear that size more with deep V shirts to have more cleavage

Reading this makes me def want to go bigger, I had already ordered 425cc but I will tell my surgeon to go bigger because if I'm going to be spending the money and putting my body through this I want to be satisfied. The doctor told me that if I'm getting saline that he thinks moderate profile would look better. Your body looks great though! depending on how this surgery goes I'll be going under the knife again for lipo.

I agree, go a little bigger. I did lipo at the same time as BA. Got abs, flanks, a little in the hips. Very happy! Wish he would've been more aggressive in the muffin top area ;-) definitely recommend doing it though! You'll be happy!

I barely slept last night but surgery went by smoothly today Dr. Tenenbaum was great, I am however in so much pain I don't think the pain pills are working too well. I also don't want to over medicate myself so I'm stuck with this pain. Hopefully it gets bearable tomorrow. I will post pictures tomorrow when I get my bandages taken off. I can't wait to see them!

Sleeping at night I normally wake up so sore around 3-5 am, definitely feeling better than yesterday though. I'm happy about my results so far!
