I'm a 55 yo mom of 2 grown amazing boys! Ialso have 2 beautiful grand babies!! I've worked out for 28 plus years, but to no avail. My abs were my weak spot never really flat . I did all different kinds of excercise . The last 9 months I was doing Pilates ,Redcord, and circuit classes ( @ Pilates studio) 3-6. Hrs a week. At the time of my surgery I weighed 123#'s at 5'6". I have to say my whole experience has been amazing my PS was awesome and did an amazing job . But I will tell all you beautiful ladies I think being at peek weight and great shape through diet exercise has made this whole experience a very good one. I'm 1week 1 day postoperative and I'm with my grandkids for the day and tmrw is work. Standing up right and I've had little pain except day one which was really minimal from what I anticipated. I followed pre/post op directions as well. I wish all of you easy journeys . Btw I stalked this site for the 2 months prior to my surgery it's very helpful but also remember each of us will have our own journeys.

Dr Delange and his whole staff were amazing . Devon my coordinator was exceptional too. I saw Dr Delange 3 x's prior to my surgery I had additional questions as well as preop. It's been a very good experience all around.
