After years of procrastination, the moment I had my consult with Dr. Nir I knew I had found the right plastic surgeon. Having lost 25 pounds, and at 73, my face looked gaunt and wrinkled but receiving a natural result was most important. My eyes are beautiful, no drooping lid, and the cords on my neck are gone.
