3rd surgery to fix his botched work

Botched aug/lift by Mark Pinsky. On my way to once again try to correct issues he caused and refused/was unable to repair. If you use him be certain money and time is no object for you in the likely event you’ll need revisions.

Looking back
Finally got enough courage to schedule revision with Armando Soto! 6/8!! I havent looked in the mirror without wanting to cry for over 5 yrs! I hope sharing my experience with Dr Pinsky has at least saved someone from a similar fate!

I just read your journey so far & I am sorry you've had to go through all this . I can only imagine all the emotional stress & financial stress that he has caused for you . Best of luck on finally getting the beautiful outcome you deserved the first time . Your new PS will surely treat you with the respect & AFTER CARE that you are entitled to.

I am so sorry this happened to you and all that you went through. Am So glad Dr Soto was able to do the revision for you. Thank you for letting those of us living in Palm Beach County know about Dr Pinsky. His lack of listening ability, rudeness, arrogance and unwillingness to correct what he did so very wrong will keep me far away from his practice. Hope you are happy with the revision and you can move ahead with your life and enjoy the breasts you have now. They look so much better.

Again, asked for refund of surgical fees -again was refused
Spent another $800 to remove Areola Pinsky left below the areola. He has steadfastly refused to refund any of my money so I can pay a skilled surgeon to fix his mistake. Really is $8750 going to break him? He is one of the most expensive in the area and markets like crazy so I would think it is a drop in the bucket for him, while for me it would facilitate paying the over $10,000 and losing the time off work for recovery. Geez

I'm so sorry that this has happened to you :( That is very unprofessional. He should own up to his mistakes. Hope everything will work out.
what a stupid doctor. How unprofessional..and really stubborn he is!! can't admit to his own mistakes
He is just truly arrogant and mean. It wasnt even a thought when I did this that a surgeon would actually screw up this bad and then abandon me, tell me too bad this is his best effort and he wont even try correct it. I learned the hard way that Cosmetic Surgery patients really have no recourse if a doctor is unethical. The papers you sign make it difficult to sue unless you are disabled or die. I have to just move on and try to forgive him as he really must be an unhappy person to treat others like that. I gave him the opportunity to make it right either correct his mistake or refund the money paid so I could find a skilled surgeon who will. I did file a complaintwith the Board of Health and the BBB and just hope I can help at least 1 other person from having to endure what I have so something good comes of all this. :(

I hope she takes heed. My plastic surgery with him is now considered construction from all the damage he did. She can pm if she has any questions. I also know 2 other women who would likely speak w her but won't post here. Same issues as I had.
