I decided to move forward with chin lipo due to having a genetic double chin. I've always been thin but this double chin was always present for as long as I could remember. So far I'm thrilled with the results... I still feel a ton of swelling under my chin so hopefully with time the remaining double chin will subside more.
These are my before pictures. With shirts on, without and in a bikini. As you can see they are very low and not much tissues left in them. Can't wait to post my after pictures!! I will also post my "wish boobs" pictures. Updated on 25 Aug 2020: I'm kind of new here for the website, I have my BA scheduled for august 31st in 7 days!! I am so excited but yet nervous at the same time. I went for my consultation with dr Pinksy in palm beach gardens Florida. I had such an amazing experience and I loved his staff! All the girls were so nice and made me feel super comfortable. Still trying to figure this app out so I am going to post before pictures. When I was in my 20s I wore a 34D cup bra, and weighed a little over 130pounds. After pregnancy and gaining weight then loosing a lot of weight which now I am around 110pounds and wear a 32B cup probably even an A cup. My boobs just became depleted and sagging so after talking with dr Pinksy we both agreed to do a lift and implant to get the look I am trying to achieve!! I will keep updating once I have my surgery. Updated on 25 Aug 2020: These are my pics I took with me for my wish boobs. The first picture is my favorite and what I wood love to achieve. Me and my doctor decided on 360cc in one boob and 380cc in the other. One is smaller than the other. Updated on 2 Sep 2020: So it's day 3, I had surgery Monday morning. My doctor ended up having to take more breast tissue out of my right breast and that one defiantly hurts the worst. I'm now only taking Tylenol and muscle relaxer for the pain. Just been relaxing and taking naps. Drinking a lot of water and getting up occasionally. They are still very swollen and super tight. Updated on 23 Sep 2020: So 3 weeks post op! I’m doing so much better now, the first couple days were rough. Not that I was in pain but just more discomfort!!! My boobs felt so huge at first lol, but now that the swelling is going down a little bit they look so good!! And all my incision are healing perfectly. Just went and got my bandages off yesterday!!! My right breast is still more swollen and taking longer to drop. Updated on 24 Sep 2020: Here are some more photos from 3 weeks post op. All my bandages are off now! Yay! Height 5”1 Weight 110 365cc moderate plus. Absolutely love them now! They are starting to feel a little bit more like they are attached to my body. Not in any pain at all, and just started doing lower body workouts with no weights and walking. Updated on 23 Oct 2020: Okay so it’s been like 8-10 weeks something like that now, and omg i swear they look better and better every single day! It’s crazy they really feel apart of my body now. My scars are looking great, honestly dr Pinsky is amazing!!! Couldn’t recommend him more, and his entire staff!
I wasn’t going to post on here but I spent a lot of time on here before my surgery date looking for advice so I figured I’d share my story. I was born with a mild case of pectus carinatum so I have always had a bone protruding on the right side of my chest/breast bone. It always slightly bothered me but the last few years it seemed to be getting worse so I set out to find a Dr. that could help. I went to two consultations before seeing Dr. Pinsky! His staff was amazing from the second I walked in. I was very nervous about the whole thing but it went way smoother than expected. I’m currently on day 2 of post op and so far I’m pretty happy with the results. I am just very nervous for the next weeks to come and hope they drop and settle nicely without any complications! I am also in a decent amount of pain still especially at night. I will try to remember to upload more pictures as each week passes. If you have any questions, let me know! Updated on 15 Aug 2020: Here’s some more pictures! Not too much of a change. My right side (left in pic) is much more swollen and higher up on the chest most likely due to having less breast tissue and a bigger cc placed causing more trauma to the muscle. Hoping they drop and settle nicely together in the next coming months! I am only taking Tylenol during the day now and the pain medication at night if needed. The pain isn’t terrible just bothersome at times. It’s more uncomfortable to sleep than anything! I will post an update at the one week mark :)
I had a wonderful experience with Jason Kwaitkowski. He took the time to answer all my question and made sure I was comfortable with the procedure. He was extremely patient and the MA's were very supportive during the Cellfina procedure. Like all cosmetic procedures, healing takes some time, but worth it in the end. Updated on 10 Apr 2019: Definitely worth it! Happy with my results. For someone who lives healthy but has cellulite, this is for you. Cellfina is the only cellulite solution, but find only the best providers to perform the treatment.
Great Office! Great Service! I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Pinsky and his staff. I just had a cosmetic procedure performed by Jason Kwiatkowski, PA-C, Physician Assistant. He is knowledgeable, informative, and very gentle. Jason has provided a number of cosmetic services for me and I know I am in competent, capable, caring hands when working with him. With Dr. Pinsky and staff, I have my aesthetic team to maintain a youthful healthy appearance.
I had a wonderful experience with Jason Kwaitkowski. I absolutely love the work he did. He took the time to answer all my question and made sure I was comfortable with the procedure. He was extremely patient and is truly a perfectionist.
The office is beautiful and clean, and the staff is so kind. The staff actually cares which is hard to find these days. Dr. Pinsky and PAs are always able to answer questions without hestitation and are always honest.
Dr Pinsky is an amazing surgeon. He did a beautiful job on my breast surgery. Lorie did a great job on my Sculptra, Botox and Volbella. I have been a patient for 6 years.. and have had the best care. They are professional and top notch!!!
For years I was ashamed of my butt and back of thighs because of cellulite. I'm a runner and have exercised for years, but no amount of anything would improve the appearance of the cellulite. I tried the creams, dry brushing, massage, you name it, and none of it made much of a difference. Months ago, I heard of this new treatment with a very high satisfaction rate. As soon as I learned more, I knew I had to try it. The procedure was not painless, but on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the worst, at most, the procedure felt like a 2. The entire process from start to finish only took about an hour. My bleeding was minimal, and although I did have a fair amount of bruising (fairly normal and goes away), and swelling, overall it was much easier than I would have thought! Wearing the compression shorts for a minimum of 2 weeks, 24/7 was not ideal, but it definitely helped with the swelling, and discomfort, and as such, is totally worth it in the end. I would recommend to anyone considering the procedure to buy 2 pairs of compression shorts, or spanx that way you can wash one while wearing the other. I am approximately 3 weeks out from the procedure, and despite still having some minimal bruising, I can already a difference- many of the dimples that I was so used to seeing are finally gone!!! I can't wait to see the end result, which I was told I should see by the 1 year mark. In my personal experience, I would absolutely recommend Pinsky Plastic Surgery for this procedure as they were professional, kind, and compassionate from start to finish. Excellent customer service and patient care. I would also give a big thumbs up to Cellfina, as so far, I am very satisfied with the treatment experience and results.
Lori at Dr Pinsky’s is a god send! I had my year trough’s injected for the first time and it was virtually painless, and the result natural. Lori is honest, kind, conservative and has a wealth of knowledge and talent. Rest assure that when you see her you are in the best hands. Thank you Lori for all of your hard work!
Unless you are unhappy with your surgeon for some reason, you should talk with him or his staff about your concerns. Most doctors, and all good doctors, want happy patients with great results. That doesn’t mean doctors are willing to perform multiple surgeries for free to achieve that, but it does mean that they’re usually interested in working with you to find a middle ground where you are happy and they feel fairly compensated for their time, skill and effort. When you talk with your surgeon keep in mind that it’s impossible to guarantee a result or outcome – people and bodies are all different and thus every surgery and every result is unique. You probably looked at his Before & After photos prior to scheduling your surgery and he probably had great photos. But sometimes things don’t go as perfectly as anyone would wish. The human body is so different between patients. It’s unlikely you can undergo another surgery and have no cost, but he does have some flexibility in the total cost. So talk to him and start with the assumption that you both have the same goal – that of you looking fantastic and feeling happy about your choice and procedure.
Good news – the answer should be Yes. None of my patients want scars in front of their ears – African American not. In most cases, I am able to place the suture line just inside the front edge of the ear. That way it’s hidden from view. I also frequently hide the posterior scars in the hair-line behind the ears. Women (and some men) want to pull their hair up or back and hiding the suture line in the hair allows the hair to grow over the area further masking any scar. My strongest recommendation is to look at Before & After photos – lots and lots of them – and make sure the surgeon’s you’re considering are showing the side views.
First thing I have to say is congratulations for triumphing after all you’ve been through. Your path has not been easy and there isn’t an easy answer. Unfortunately the rate of capsular contracture is much greater in breast reconstruction patients, especially those patients who receive radiation therapy versus patients undergoing breast augmentation. There are things that can be done to lower capsular contracture rates. There are even techniques described by colleagues of mine with whom I lecture which lower recurrent capsular contracture rates. Sometimes a flap is necessary if the tissues have been significantly altered by the previous surgeries, radiation or infection. It’s not certain that you would develop capsular contracture again, but there is an increased likelihood for you based on the variables above. For all these reasons, your choice of surgeon and surgical site are critical to reducing your risk of a reoccurrence of capsular contracture. I wish you luck and success as you travel your path to wellness and wholeness.
Hello,There are financing options available to patients that offer a range of low-interest payment plans to qualified applicants. For example CareCredit offers 0% financing for the first 12 months and Alphaeon Credit offers 0% financing for the first 18 months for applicants who are approved. I would consult with your physicians office and inquire to whether or not they provide financing options to their patients. Best of luck!
Pricing can seem pretty mysterious, especially with some of the specials you see on the super-duper discounter sites. With lip fillers, as with most fillers, physicians purchase the product by the syringe. Most physicians buy full or 1cc syringes because that is the size most patient’s need. However, some fillers come in smaller syringes as well. Your physician should be able to advise how much will be needed for both lips and you will likely be charged by the number of syringes needed rather than by the areas being injected. Different filler products have different prices depending on how long the product is expected to last, how new it is on the market and how popular it may be. Additionally, doctors pay different prices based on their purchase volumes with the manufacturer. Lastly, the “professional component” added to the product cost varies significantly from practice to practice. Good luck with your lips – our staff have become almost addicted to their “perfect pouts!"
