Pain-free Forehead Reduction

Hey everyone! I recently had forehead reduction surgery at DA. It is not a very common procedure in the U.S., which is why I travelled to Korea to have it done. My experience at DA was wonderful! I will organize my review into a few sections explaining why:

1. The team

My consultant was so sweet and she even went into the operating room with me and was there when I woke up. I have travelled to several places to have surgery, and it can be scary to go through a major transformation alone. However, I felt like the entire team at DA (consultant, surgeon, staff) all worked really well together to make the patient feel completely supported. I also speak absolutely no Korean, and they were able to translate everything perfectly.

2. The facilities

Unlike many other clinics, DA has an entire building! Its facilities are so well organized with different floors for different procedures. It was easy for my taxi drivers to find the building and drop me off, and there is also a subway station very close by. DA also has its own skincare clinic, so after my stitches from surgery were removed, I went back for some facials as well as an IV treatment.

3. The results

I’m thrilled with the result of my surgery! I was surprised by how painless it was — two weeks later, and I feel totally fine. Also, the scar from the incision at the top of my head is almost invisible and I haven’t even used scar cream. It was an almost painless surgery. I had looked into getting a hair transplant to shorten my forehead, but I would’ve had to wait months for my hair to grow out. This surgery was great because the results were instant.
