Day 14?
I have to say that.. not worth it. I have always been counting .. can I make it through another day without lidocaine patch? I had too many ibuprofen taken which is not good for the result of CoolSculpting. They said: you feel the pain cuz of the inflammation of fat cells... ibuprofen no! Anyways, I would say the needling and stitching painful feeling lasts till now. The recovertime of CoolSculpting should be 12-15 days... Hannah you will be tortured by 15 days of unbelievable pain !!!!!!!!
Day 7
Thanks god. The lidocaine patch is so helpful. + ibuprofen.. however, since I decided to go back to breastfeeding again so I stoped using all of them. then the pins needles pain comes back and forth again.. debilitating again... Guess what! I don’t know if the lidocaine patch I used last night had some influence on breastmilk, my milks color is green .......... I don’t think I will feed my baby with that bottle ... had to throw it and waste it... anyways.. today the pain is tolerable!!!!!!!!! Comparing to day 3 and day 4, today is so much better.. getting used to this out of nowhere pain and I think I do look skinny ;)))))) cuz I haven’t ate well for many days !
Day 6
Today is day 6. Thanks god the lindocaine patch helps a lot. Last night I was able to sleep for couple of hours and had wired dreams. Still feel pain a lot especially reaching night time. Starting to feel weak again. I’m still breastfeeding. What makes me regret a lot is that I can’t breastfeeding due to the lindocaine patch. It said online that it will takes many days cuz lindocaine will exist in breastmilk. So sad ....
