Hey everyone first off I want to thank those who have posted their stories. They are so extremely helpful!
I have always been comfortable with my body- I'm not ashamed of it in any way, and I have never felt he "need" to change! I just always wanted boobies! :)
I had my first consult March 2013, but had to wait to graduate along with other things! I went back for a consult/fitting the end of August 2014, and have scheduled my surgery for September 30th!
I feel confident, and I'm excited! Can NOT wait! :)

Before and after (rice sizers)
My husband did not get to com to the sizing appointment with me and we both were a little sad about that. I wanted him to get an idea of what I saw, and see how my eyes lit up! Of course he wanted to see too for sheer curiosity. I was so happy to find the Rice Sizers How To Video!!! And OMGosh how amazing are they. I'm sure they are 100% accurate (I'm pretty sure I went a little larger!), but they gave him a pretty good idea. I'm also excited to start trying on shirts to see what works and what won't post op :) I did Not want to take them out haha!

Hi there! We have almost the exact same stats

Pre-op! Only 2 weeks to go :)
Today I had my per-op appointment! I only have 2 weeks to go :) I'm so anxious! So here's what I found out today:
1. Recovery should be generally smooth and simple. Everyone is different, but I shouldn't have many restrictions. My PS will provide me with everything I need for my post-op recovery, and they would like me to walk, reach, etc. with in reason! I'm super stocked. I thought I'd be laid up after hearing some stories, but it sounds like it may be a pretty basic recovery! I should be ready for the football game that weekend!
2. My implant style will be Natrelle 20-400
3. Everyone in my PS's office is so nice and super helpful! They answered all my questions, laughed with me, and even joked around with my husband! They make us feel VERY confident, and ready for B-day (BOOB DAY)!
4. I'm Ready! Is it time yet? :)
I will post before and afters soon...

Don't be too nervous that's natural. Just go for it. I'm 5 days post op and everything went so well I was astonished. Once they put that IV in you won't know a thing until an hour later. And then it's surprise. Just take good care after surgery, you need to heal. Take the time to be pampered, read, watch TV and no matter how strongly those heavy chores call out, they can wait. Stay in touch.

Amen! That's hard some time being a momma tho :-S I will take your advise! I of course want to heal properly :)

I am so excited for you. I am having my fitting on the 23rd of September and surgery on October 10th. I have found reading everyone's thoughts and stories to be so comforting. It makes me feel so much better to know I am not alone in my thoughts concerns. I feel like so many of you could be writing my story. I wish you the best!
