Oh I forgot....
WORTH IT$5,500
I am using the Palmers oil and Maderma for Stretch Marks still! Massaging the scar with the oil too!
More important I feel it is important for me to clairify why I do not update on a daily basis... I don't feel like it is good for me to take pictures daily so I don't! I prefer to watch the progress slowly so I actually see it happen! I feel like if I take pictures daily I will be disappointed- as I was in the beginning! Once I stopped doing so I actually stared seeing progress, and as you read above I'm loving it!
With that being said I will see you all in a month! :) XOXOX

2wk post-op appointment PLUS pics!
So today is two weeks since I had my surgery!!! I still love my new additions, and have really adjusted well to them. I believe the hubby is pretty fond of them also :)
Yesterday was my post-op check up. I got my stitches out! We had cut some of the steri-strip do to blisters at the edges, but I still notice that I have some sores there :( (see pics). I also do not have to wear my strap any longer, nor do I have any restrictions what so ever! The best part... I can wear any bra I want! So as you can imagine I wanted to go buy a bra! So my amazing hubby took me bra shopping after my appointment, and I didn't just get one bra I got 4 plus matching panties (see pics)! An even better part.... This was my very first time ever buying bras at Victorias Secret! I got fitted whiled I was there, and I am a 32DDD by their standards :) (see pics)! 2 of the bras are actually from Dillard's, and they are size 34D (see pics)! Either way this is a far cry from the 34/36A's I had pre-op :)
Over all I love them! I had stretch marks prior from breast feeding, but I have noticed them getting worse. I was not this big when nursing though. The biggest I got was a 36B. My scar itches... That is annoying! My husband - who recently had surgery and has an amazing looking scar - tells me not to scratch. Rub! It a lot more beneficial! It will soften the look of the scar in the end, and obviously will not break it open!
I will post pics in my new bras later :)

So glad you got experience VS!! ;) Just a small word of warning...your breasts are still healing and settling in so the bras you buy today might not properly fit you in 2 months. Many women just purchase a few fun and inexpensive bras the first week, along with the practical sports bras. Keep us posted as you continue to heal. You look fantastic!

You look amazing! It's getting easier now isn't it? I can't believe we are almost PO a month! Yay! I bought two bras from TJ maxx and I'm measuring a 36C or 34D. I'm totally getting used to them. :) the blisters are finally gone. Did you get silicone?

I just got fitted yesterday and I'm a 32ddd or a 34dd. I guess they are sister sizes. It was funny having my daughter, friend and the VS worker in the room with me. You're looking great!! Thank you for sharing your story and happy healing :)

Let's talk about nerves...
I officially have pain... Nerve pain! Anyone else? When my strap pushes down it pushes on the incisions which causes sharp pains from the incision, along the side of my breast, and even along my side! I have to either adjust the tension of the strap, or remove it completely to get relief. No pain relievers help!
Also, I have had a mild rash/dry skin on my upper chest and under my chin since the day of surgery. I believe this is from the was they used to prep me for surgery. It's really itchy today! I was able to shower 48 hrs post-op so I have washed all that away! Hmmm?!?!?
Anyone else experience anything like this? I know anna1989 mentioned a sunburned feeling... I wonder if this is the same thing?

for your itchy skin under chin try eucerine cream for itchy skin,it helps me as I have eczema. I get all these creams from my dermatologic surgeon. You can also use benadryl cream or alove vera gel organic natural with less chemicals. Put that baby in the frig&gently lather it on. Hope this relieves some of the itching for you. :)

Thanks so much Bella Besos! I will try Benadryl and aloe (since I have them already), and I was thinking some homemade oatmeal scrub for my next shower! I use Nivea so once I get the irritation and itch to go away I will probably use that for the dryness. It's a very unexpected side effect lol

Ok GREAT. :) Yes,oatmeal helps raw quaker oats mixed with water makes a perfect paste.

I feel the same thing when i put my band on. It's a super sharp pain and i can't keep it on :(

Yes, I'm three weeks post and second week experienced rug burn, sunburn feeling not to mention zapping of nerve endings. This will go away. I still get zingers now and then but no more burning. I think the nerve endings are very sensitive at this time. Happy healing.

Absolutely love how detailed you are in the prep list, how you're feeling and what you're experiencing.
