I have to ask, do you have cleavage yet? Everything you asked for that the other de couldn't so did you get? I was 375saline for years and 10 days ago revision to 605 silicone. Whic the dr chose. Granted they are pretty or were one is bigger but all I got was the roundness, like im filled back up. My family was like you look the same or smaller. I decided to go get sized because I feel all swelling is gone, and they measured me 34c and I use to be 34d. Im so confused and sad! Post op apt tomorrow and i don't even know what to say. My only wants were bigger rounder and cleavage again and it's like all I got was filling my old skin back up, just curious how your are, is 700 heavy? Cleavage?

I'm sorry girl, it's so frustrating when we expect one outcome and get another isn't it?!!! My cleavage is much closer than with my first set for sure! I will never have that cute little buttcrack type cleavage without a bra on. But I get it with a sports bra now so I'm excited!! I've had fluid collecting and had it drained twice now, which sucked but now I'm on the mend again. I currently have a drain type thing which drains into a thick gauze pad that I change often. I'm already happier than before, but just cannot wait for the final outcome!! As for your size problem, I've heard that silicone appears smaller than saline. I don't know why really, but I would have thought the same as you, that the 605 would be much bigger than the 375. Maybe it has to do with the projection and style of silicone implant your dr chose. Are they high profile or what? You should definitely let your surgeon know you're not happy with the size HE chose for you and see what he'll do. I wish you the best girl!!!!

️Awh I hate to even complain after hearing all your going through. I went today he said he chose high profile and biggest my pocket would let fit. Im honestly so confused. They aren't bigger just fuller again, and only cleavage like you said with certain bras. They are pretty, it's just the thought of spending money to get one of two things and feeling like you got neither. It could be worse so I see all these horror stories on here, so trying to be satisfied. I am now able to wear bras, any types you like better. And thank you

I'm just dying to see how they look without all this gauze and this bra! Eeeek!!! The anticipation is killing me!! Oh I'm sure my first look will be like, "oh dear what the hell?" Haha but I'll also be like, "woohoo!! Bigger boobies finally!!" I can already tell the cleavage are is improved! So excited! Gotta be patient! Whew! Talk to y'all soon, ladies!!!! Kisses!!!

Sorry I didn't reply yet! Life got crazy but I'm good now! How are you feeling? I'm much better, just still dealing with the swelling of my right breast and annoying discomfort if I overdo it.

Let me start by saying I have a wonderful hubby and wonderful teenage sons who are all willing to help me with anything I need during this process! They have been fantastic helpers!!! Kisses to them!

Had my revision yesterday at 9am. The nurses, staff, anesthesiologists, and most importantly, Dr. Young were definitely on their game from the moment I arrived, through recovery, and up till the moment I walked out the door. I felt safe, warm, comfy, and like I'd made the right decision. Much love and very thankful to them all!!!!

I'm sore. No way around that. He went in through a crease incision, removed my old implants and the capsule, repaired the pocket opening it inferiorly and closed it laterally, placed in my new 700cc natrelle xtra projection profile, textured round implant, performed a areolar lift while giving me a cute roundness they previously did not have. They were kind of oval before.
I feel so much better than right after my original BA, but it's not been quite 24 hours and I'm keeping up on my pain pills and Valium so that helps.. I'll see I I can get a quick pic but mot promises as I just took my meds and my eyelids r getting heavy once again. But hey I made it!!!!! I cannot wait to see these new beauties!!!!
