I've had my current implants, Mentor smooth round 450hp under muscle, for just over 2 years. Before my augmentation I wore a padded 34a bra. I wanted fullness and perkiness, but shortly after my BA it became apparent that my implants had shifted to my armpits and I also needed a bit of a lift. Although I have to admit it's better than what I started with, I have been pretty dissapointed from the start.

My revision is scheduled for February 10, 2017 and I'm so excited I can't stand it!! Only 1 week to go!!
I am not going with my original PS because he said if he did a pocket revision, he would have to put in a smaller implant. His other option was to use a larger implant and not do the pocket revision. That would help close my huge gap but I'd still have my boobs in my armpits. After consulting with a couple other board certified surgeons, I found the one I think can make me love my breasts finally!!! He is an artist and that is very apparent in the artwork in his office. I NEED an artist's eye if I'm going to get the results I want!

I justs want to be able to feel good about wearing my swim top in front of people for once! My house is kindof the summer hangout spot and we all gather at the pool most of the time. I'd love to feel like I didn't already waste all my money on boobs that could be called "refund gap"! Spent over 6 grand to have "meh" boobs. NOT COOL!! I'm going for bigger and better this time. I love looking at big, pretty boobs, so why not have myself a great set to enjoy, right??!!

Wish me luck! I'll keep you all updated as much as possible.
I'll see if I can post some "wish boobs" now. Good luck to all on this journey!!

Nervous and excited!! 4 days to go..

Today is Monday and my revision is Friday morning at 10:15am!! Only 3 days and a wake-up to go!!! I think I have everything in order here at home. I cleaned lots of windows this weekend and did some other deep cleaning since I know I won't be able to do that kind of work for a while once I get this done. Got pillows, Colace (cause I know what pain pills can do to your system lol), baby wipes, straws for my cans of 7-up the first couple days, still need to get a couple bags of frozen peas and corn for ice packs (they saved my life through my first BA recovery) and hubby is picking up my prescriptions the day of my surgery. Did I forget anything???
I'm stressing more this time than my first time! I guess it's because the first time, I thought all would go well and then ended up being unhappy. This time I'm nervous because I don't ever want to have to do this again! Ugh lol. It'll be fine.

So I figure I better show y'all my before pics since it may be helpful to someone else going through a revision for the same reasons as me. As I said above, I have never been happy with my 1st augmentation. Don't feel they are big enough, I should have gotten a lift, the pockets were obviously never closed off on the outer sides (original implants were put in through armpit incision), my original PS advised me not to wear any type of bra for the first 3 months, which in my case made things much worse very quickly. The implants shifted to my armpits and dropped very quickly. Also, I believe the BA stretched my areolas. Just did not get the outcome I was intending.

So! I'm going bigger, my new fabulous doctor is revising the pockets which will include stitching up the outer sides and opening up the inner sides a bit so that my implants can be closer together as they should be, getting a crescent lift which will lift my nipples up a bit higher on my breasts and at the same time he will reduce the diameter of my areolas to finish off the look. I will have incisions under each boob and around each areola. Ive never had to deal with either of those since I had mine placed through a small cut in my armpits and they totally disappeared when the healed. But hey, it has to be an improvement from what I've got

Getting nervous!!!! so excited!!!
