I underwent a 1700-graft transplant at Hair by Robotics in March of 2016. Craig and the gang are nice people. The positives end there, however. The procedure is far more painful then they let on, and recovery takes longer as well. That isn't even the worst of it. Results for an $11,000 transplant at Hair by Robotics are barely discernible. 20-months post-operation, and my hair appears nearly the same. I went in for a thicker frontal hairline and crown, and they could not even pull that off. You can see grafts that took here and there, but I ended up with vastly underwhelming results considering the recovery and expenses. My close friends confirm my identical before/after. Hair by Robotics does not offer refunds for unsatisfactory results. I cannot stress enough, do NOT come here. Please spare yourselves the pain, expenses, and disappointment.
