27 Year Old Renewing Breast Fullness After 65lb Weight Loss - Ottawa, ON

I went in to see Dr. Silverman after having a few friends get amazing results from him (and doing plenty of research of course!). I was really nervous to go so I brought my mom (lol) who was apprehensive to say the least so She was able to ask 100 questions. After figuring out my goals and my expectations, he put me in some sizers. We tried 375cc mod and 485cc mod and decided the 485cc mod was way too large on my 5'4" frame. He showed me my potential results using the Crisalix program (which is so cool by the way!).

I spent a lot of time being really torn about whether to go with the anatomical shape or the round implant (either would be silicon gel!). He said both would work well with my existing breast tissue and the Crisalix program corroborated. I ultimately chose the round implant because 90% of the work he does on breast implants are with round implants, and there were less risks involved (them turning/double bubble).

I'm making a list of things I need to do beforehand and items i need to get (um it's super hard to find a front zip sports bra with no wires in Canada). I'm really lucky I have my boyfriend to help take care of me during my recovery. He's going to be a life saver!

These were taken today and my surgery is one week from tomorrow. You'll notice that one of my breasts is slightly larger than the other. I don't really mind it and am not taking it into account when it comes to my surgery. All breasts are slightly different anyways! I'm hoping to fill them out again! No specific wish pics, only what I've seen from Crisalix(which I've posted below)! I'm going to start making a list of things I've been collecting over the last little bit to prepare for the surgery. I'll also post which sports bra I eventually got (it was a hell of a hunt to find a front zip one - the bay only had one and none in any other size than small?! Boo)

Today is the day! I'm both excited and super nervous. I didn't sleep too well last night and I'm already hungry lol. The idea of being put under kind of freaks me out, but I had a really good reaction to it with a previous surgery so I'm hoping I'll be fine.

As for bras, I ended up ordering two Champion bras (https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01AWVRKDG?th=1&psc=1) - hopefully they work out!
