WORTH IT
Hey everyone! It's been a full year and even more and wanted to upload my latest results.
So far I feel great and quite satisfied with how everything came out.
And actually, I'm glad that proceeded my surgery last year for obvious reasons.
Stay safe!

Is self tie better than complete fixation in terms of relapse rate?

Hey everyone! It's been over 8 months already. I do feel great. The result looks pretty nice and I definitely like it. Check out my pic I took recently, hope you'll like my result as well. I think the time I spent on everything definitely worth it!

Okay, I just wanted to post a little update since it'll be 4 months post-op in 4 days already. I think my bones are still healing. I can open my mouth wide enough but still try to eat only solid food, perhaps staring from next month I'll eat some solid food

Sweetie have you heard of Mewing? look on YouTube

Hi, I just saw your comment and it reminded me of my visit to Mike mew w years ago. It was tough because he said I have to change my habit by myself and he only had 1 adult.patient at that.time he worked with. He only worked with kids previously. I was about to give up and do surgery but I guess I'll give myself till end of this year to see if I can change the habit and keep my mouth closed and tongue on roof by myself.

I recommend you do the surgery and get it done with

Wow you actually met Dr Mew? He’s all over YouTube. Yes, it’s all about daily habit change. I’ve been at it for over two years now. Great results! It just seem to all make perfect sense to me. It’s what I’ve been searching for my whole life. Another bonus: no surgery no costs, no healing (except when I had my tongue tie removed). I wish you the best, it’s certainly a journey
